It's a new tv. Which was needed due to my non smart Sony giving up. Before I get started I want to say you must have a Firestick! Must. I am able to say "HDMI 3" and Alexa will change the port for me. She does it all. (With this tv, and remote, Firestick is the Smartest purchase. Not exaggerating.) **I spent time researching. I thought. However, I did not know, nor was informed by salesperson, that brands matter, when downloading apps. Like, oh, Spectrum - my internet provider. ( bundle package) I'm shocked, seriously. I liked the LG, I also was thinking of a Sony. Didn't want Samsung, just didn’t. Samsung & TCL are only TV's that can download Spectrum. ? You cannot download certain apps, on Smart TV's, with certain brands. What! A little more than irritating. Sounds, lacking in progress, to me. As, now, I am still stuck with having to use a cable box. Isn't that a oxymoron? **The tv has a very nice picture, at a good price. Sound is very good. The remote, sucks. I mean sucks. It's upside down from most smart remotes. I called customer support to ask why I couldn't access bass, treble, etc. She didn’t know much, very kind & friendly, just had no information to offer. (There's a equalizer) I found that out on my own. Same applies to zoom, normal, picture size, etc. Which my cable remote has a dedicated key for. I - had to search - in settings, for aspect. My next tv will not be an LG, it will be a TCL Roku. I know how to manage the picture and sound without 5 - 10 steps. And, it will be my primary, this will be my bedroom TV. I should have made the exchange in the 15-day window. **Again, very nice picture. Good sound quality. I'm pleased with price. I'd even say I recommend it! The LG is a, and can be a, beautiful tv! I do love the picture and sound quality. Just many stupid things that shouldn't ruin your tv experience. Just be forewarned about streaming apps & remote. As long as you make sure you get a Firestick! Being a senior, I've seen many changes with TV's, never thought you could downgrade a smart TV.

I can only recomend this TV if You're looking for good picture quality and good sound. Unfortunately the apps are slow to load even when You have this TV wired to your internet connection so I use a Roku device for streaming. The remote control is meant for small fingered people I find the buttons small for my large fingers and I often make mistakes pressing the wrong button on the remote.

I purchased this 1924 LG UHD AI 4K TV about 2 weeks ago and have been blow away by the quality of its picture, sound and everything else about it ever since. The color, clarity and vividness of the picture, from my perspective, is as good as some of the higher priced models in the LG and Sony lines. The sound options on this AI model are also another major plus. We have a smaller family entertainment area and when I originally set it up the sound did not project well. I went to sound settings and changed from the default "standard" setting to the AI pro setting and the sound was literally everywhere. As indicated in the Best Buy specs the picture is best head on but in my opinion it doesn't lose very much from a 30 to 40 degree viewing angle (see pictures). The only minor issue I had was identifying the correct mounting screws for the TV mounting plate I purchased. The VESA pattern on this TV is 200x200 and the mounting screw mentioned in the LG setup manual is 6M which is correct. The length of the screw however is not given. I used a toothpick to measure the depth of the screw mount set and determined it was 20mm on this LG 43" tv (see pictures). The only thing I lament is that if I waited a week I would have gotten the TV at the BB Father's Day reduced price and would have saved another $20. That sale price is still on. In my opinion you can't go wrong here.
