It's a new tv. Which was needed due to my non smart Sony giving up. Before I get started I want to say you must have a Firestick! Must. I am able to say "HDMI 3" and Alexa will change the port for me. She does it all. (With this tv, and remote, Firestick is the Smartest purchase. Not exaggerating.) **I spent time researching. I thought. However, I did not know, nor was informed by salesperson, that brands matter, when downloading apps. Like, oh, Spectrum - my internet provider. ( bundle package) I'm shocked, seriously. I liked the LG, I also was thinking of a Sony. Didn't want Samsung, just didn’t. Samsung & TCL are only TV's that can download Spectrum. ? You cannot download certain apps, on Smart TV's, with certain brands. What! A little more than irritating. Sounds, lacking in progress, to me. As, now, I am still stuck with having to use a cable box. Isn't that a oxymoron? **The tv has a very nice picture, at a good price. Sound is very good. The remote, sucks. I mean sucks. It's upside down from most smart remotes. I called customer support to ask why I couldn't access bass, treble, etc. She didn’t know much, very kind & friendly, just had no information to offer. (There's a equalizer) I found that out on my own. Same applies to zoom, normal, picture size, etc. Which my cable remote has a dedicated key for. I - had to search - in settings, for aspect. My next tv will not be an LG, it will be a TCL Roku. I know how to manage the picture and sound without 5 - 10 steps. And, it will be my primary, this will be my bedroom TV. I should have made the exchange in the 15-day window. **Again, very nice picture. Good sound quality. I'm pleased with price. I'd even say I recommend it! The LG is a, and can be a, beautiful tv! I do love the picture and sound quality. Just many stupid things that shouldn't ruin your tv experience. Just be forewarned about streaming apps & remote. As long as you make sure you get a Firestick! Being a senior, I've seen many changes with TV's, never thought you could downgrade a smart TV.

Hello there. Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We understand that the LG 43 Class UT75 Series LED 4K UHD Smart webOS TV (2024) didn't meet your expectations regarding app availability and remote navigation. Your feedback is important, and we understand your inquiry about downloading the Spectrum app and accessing sound settings. While the Spectrum app is not currently available on our platform, we suggest using the Search function on the home screen to easily find your favorite streaming services.

I can only recomend this TV if You're looking for good picture quality and good sound. Unfortunately the apps are slow to load even when You have this TV wired to your internet connection so I use a Roku device for streaming. The remote control is meant for small fingered people I find the buttons small for my large fingers and I often make mistakes pressing the wrong button on the remote.

I purchased this 1924 LG UHD AI 4K TV about 2 weeks ago and have been blow away by the quality of its picture, sound and everything else about it ever since. The color, clarity and vividness of the picture, from my perspective, is as good as some of the higher priced models in the LG and Sony lines. The sound options on this AI model are also another major plus. We have a smaller family entertainment area and when I originally set it up the sound did not project well. I went to sound settings and changed from the default "standard" setting to the AI pro setting and the sound was literally everywhere. As indicated in the Best Buy specs the picture is best head on but in my opinion it doesn't lose very much from a 30 to 40 degree viewing angle (see pictures). The only minor issue I had was identifying the correct mounting screws for the TV mounting plate I purchased. The VESA pattern on this TV is 200x200 and the mounting screw mentioned in the LG setup manual is 6M which is correct. The length of the screw however is not given. I used a toothpick to measure the depth of the screw mount set and determined it was 20mm on this LG 43" tv (see pictures). The only thing I lament is that if I waited a week I would have gotten the TV at the BB Father's Day reduced price and would have saved another $20. That sale price is still on. In my opinion you can't go wrong here.

We purchased an older version of this TV 4 years ago and it recently had a line of LEDs go out right in the middle of the screen. I called the Geek Squad (we had a 5 year warranty on the tv) and they decided it was non-repairable and would replace it with one of similar value so I picked this TV which just went on sale and I had NO money out of pocket. It was delivered 2 days later and I set it up! looks great and sounds great! Has an AI sound option which chooses the best sound setting for the type of program you're watching! LOTS of sound and picture is crisp and clear! The only downside was I was unable to connect it to the LG app and perhaps because I have other tvs and our washer/dryer connect? not sure but works great without it! We're Very happy with this TV and feel it's a great value for the money!

I bought this TV because it would pair with my LG XBOOM sound system. That part works great. The picture is great, the sound is great. I even have the remote set up on my phone, that works great .WHAT I DON'T LIKE is the apps...The only app that starts right up is YouTube, every other app takes at least 20 seconds to up to 3 minutes to start up on the first try if it starts. If it doesn't start I get an error message saying there's a connectivity issue (I'm both plugged in through Ethernet and connected over Wi-Fi) and I have to retry. Sometimes I have to retry 2 or 3 times (and wait a few minutes) before it actually starts up. Once the app actually starts it works like a champ but it a huge hassle. Also, on multiple occasions I've been kicked out of all of the apps and need to sign back in. I have done a factory reset twice and it hasn't helped. I am very disappointed in this TV.

This purchase counts as our FOURTH LG TV =) We were looking for a replacement for an old Admiral TV in the bedroom. We wanted nothing over a 40 inch. We thought about a wall mount, but decided on this LG 43inch. We purchased a TV stand that was compatible for the size and realized that this was the best option for us!!! The wife wanted to spend more because she stated that the quality would most likely be better. However, she had to admit that this purchase was BETTER THAN EXPECTED due to PRICE (LESS THAN $300.00), PRE-INSTALLED APPS (YOUTUBE, FREE LG CHANNELS), AND FEATURES (ENHANCED VIEWING FOR BLUE LIGHT CONTROL; SLEEP TIMERS;...). WE ARE GENUINELY PLEASED WITH THIS PURCHASE!!!

Our first LG. We have had it over a year now and works just as it should.

I give it 3 stars because not all the apps work. The Hulu app does not work because of some issue with 4K. I found out there is not a lot of 4K content available for 4K tvs. I have to use my FireStick to access Hulu and Peacock. Picture is great. Also, when I added the FireStick, I was able to use the TV remote, after 3 days that function stopped working and have to use the FireStick remote again.

I am very pleased with my LG Smart TV. It has a beautiful display and plenty of features to keep me entertained. The setup was easy and the remote is easy to use. The picture and sound quality are both great and the smart features allow me to access all my favorite apps and content. I would highly recommend this TV to anyone looking for a great home entertainment experience.

Nice tv, I don’t really use the smart features because I have the tv mirroring my cable box in my living room but the software seems quick and stable, This tv has great sound that gets really loud and has stellar imaging.

This TV was a great price and has great picture quality! We purchased two of these and are really happy with them. Now it's time to hide the cords!

This LG TV has awesome picture and sound for a cheaper 4K UHD tv. No it’s not as good as a hi dollar OLED but it is an awesome TV for the money.

This came with a lot of features to explore and experiment with. It's a breath of fresh air to the older TV it replaced in my living room. Definitely brightened up the atmosphere. I can listen to music from around the world or binge watch Monster Truck Competitions. Also connects to my phone and other LG TVs in house. I like it.
