Great tv for the price. Got it on sale, great for a backup tv.

Not a terrible TV to buy. My biggest gripe is the latency when moving around the home screen picking and choosing apps. But it's good value.

Amazing LG TV & as always I only go to Best Buy gor any of my electronic needs. They have the best products, friendly & very helpful staff who always strive to provide a pleasant experience. Best Buy will always have my business as thru the years I've been a customer I've always been 110% satisfied!!

Michaeljuan and his colleague were friendly, professional and very kind. They installed two televisions for us and did a fantastic job. They are very knowledgable about the products and had helpful recommendations for accessories. Wish we had more rooms that needed televisions so we could have them back!

TV works fine but is a little advanced for us. Way too many and not enough information in instruction booklets. We’re managing.

I bought this TV as a gift for my daughter, I ordered it online, we picked it up, set it up and it was absolutely amazing! Easy to connect to the Internet, and the price was even better! I loved it so much that I went back and bought another one for me!

We have had LG for 15 years but this is the first one with issues and it is the first AI one. The LG channels frequently freeze up or won't load unless we reset the TV by unplugging it. The remote is the worst remote we've ever used with very poor design. If this were our first experience with LG it would be our last. We were very disappointed.

Setting up TV is a pain, slow, tedious process. Apps load slow, even on hight speed internet connection. Confusing app settings and management. Remote is useless its so small. Picture quality is great, thats where the goos ends. Did I say it was slow?

Very nice TV, much more advanced than the one that I previously had. Best Buy Geek Squad guys were so cool in setting it up.

Great TV for our enclosed patio. We now can sit outside with our cat and dog and watch the news favorite shows.

Had to return the first one that was order didn't work this one was an little more but it was ok

It is a really good TV, only thing I don't like is the main screen has too many apps, tiles that I had not put there.

The product is good and I enjoy It's features. The only thing is the remote is to small for someone with large hands.

When turning on the TV, it automatically goes to the apps selection instead of staying on Air TV (which is what was being viewed when the TV was turned off). Very frustrating and not what I would like it to do.

Great TV. UT75 series with LG is the way to go. Helpful Best Buy associate steered me towards this series from LG.

For the money, this was exactly what I was looking for.

Have one already using a pc monitor. Picking up another for the bedroom. Works great and service at the westland location was great.
