The quality of the picture is often related to the source content you are viewing. If you are watching non-4K content (such as regular cable TV or older streaming videos), the TV's processor has to upscale the image, which can sometimes result in a less sharp appearance.
A basic troubleshooting step we recommend to maximize picture quality is to check the picture settings. Navigate to Picture settings and ensure you are using the recommended mode for your content, such as FILMMAKER MODE™ or Cinema mode, and confirm that the Sharpness setting is not too high. Excessive sharpness can sometimes introduce artifacts that make the picture look unnatural or blurry.

The available apps which are used in standard practice in 2024 ie: Netflix, Hulu etc are difficult to acquire at first. LG also constantly updates their terms of service being more and more invasive each time if you actually read the terms. Picture is okay and the sound isn't bad, but for front end purposes I'd much rather have something. Please note this is my first LG, but not impressed.

There are several attractive features, but the processing unit is apparently way too slow. The remote is a bit clumsy, which may be on account of the slow processing unit. I would never buy another LG television.
