Slowest tv ever
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Pros: the picture is vivid and great. Easy to use with my smart home. Cons: tv is by far the slowest tv I’ve ever seen. I’ve timed it and it took 1 minute and 47 seconds to turn on, and not all the apps were showing. Another minute to open an app. The remote has to many unnecessary buttons. Constantly hitting one of the many buttons that’ll close out of your app, causing me to miss a few minutes of my show because it’s so slow. I wouldn’t buy it again. No it’s not my internet

Disappointing LG TV
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Disappointing TV despite other good reviews. Picture appears white-washed with poor contrast and muted colors despite setting adjustments and new cables. Picture of TV in website ad is misleading. Narrow viewing angle.

Posted .Hi, Nelson. Thank you for sharing your experience with the LG TV (43UT7590PUA) model. We understand your concern about the picture quality, especially after trying various adjustments to improve it. We strive to provide reliable, high-quality products and ensure a smooth viewing experience.
Here are a couple of things you might want to try to improve the picture quality. Adjust Picture Settings. You can try selecting different picture modes like Cinema or Game, which may provide more vibrant colors and better contrast. The display performance can sometimes degrade when viewed from the side, as many LED TVs, including this model, tend to have narrower viewing angles. If possible, try to watch from a more centered position. For more help, visit https://www.lg.com/us/support/help-library/lg-tv-picture-quality-and-optimization--20152175493545. Check if your TV’s firmware is up to date, as updates can sometimes improve picture quality and overall performance. LG continues to drop WiFi connectivity
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. If I could give no stars I would. TV was not easy at all to set up, it's very slow & it continues to drop my WiFi. It's probably the worst TV I've ever bought. I've done every troubleshooting measure & nothing works. It's this LG TV because I never had issues with my WiFi on my TCL, Samsung or Insignia TVs. Very disappointed in LG. I've had 1 week & it's going back.

Posted .Hi, Debra. Thank you for sharing your feedback on the LG TV (43UT7590PUA) model. We understand your concern about your unit buffering and not connecting as smoothly as you expect, especially after you've had it for several months. Our aim is to make sure you have a smooth and enjoyable viewing experience, and we’re here to help you get the best out of your LG TV.
To improve the connection, it might be helpful to check the Wi-Fi signal strength where your TV is set up. advertisement
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I don't understand the logic of your marketing strategy. I bought a TV and I'm getting ads to buy a TV twice a week. One would think that your ads should be to advertise to me everything but a TV?!?!?!?!?!?!?!? How many TVs do I need?
