Awful Menu System

When I scanned for over the air channels, they would inexplicably drop off the channel list !? Then I would have to rescan. WebOS takes at keast 15 seconds to load. Reminds me of the TV tube days when it took the TV set a minute to warm up. Remote had tiny buttons close together and not back lit. Timer function allows for only one timer. After a torturous week I had to return it. Best Buy took it back, no prob. I got a Hisense, better TV and less $. Glad I bought it at my local Best Buy.

Great picture but extremely sluggish

There has got to be a solution as I bought not one but two of these recently and both react the same.

Small buttons and poor bluetooth connectivity

The only reason we went back to Best Buy is because they had a sale on 43 inch LG which is not as good as the Samsung and we really couldn't afford. You would think I would learn after all the products we've paid for or were given as gifts have have either died or broke down
