It was easy to set up and I am receiving better signals using my antenna. The salesperson was very knowledgeable. I don't have a big space to put a TV and this one is perfect for me.

Easy to connect to the Internet, and the price was even better! I loved it so much that I went back and bought another one for me!

The LG channels frequently freeze up or won't load unless we reset the TV by unplugging it. The remote is the worst remote we've ever used with very poor design. If this were our first experience with LG it would be our last. We were very disappointed.

A royal pain to set up

Apps load slow, even on hight speed internet connection. Confusing app settings and management. Remote is useless its so small. Picture quality is great, thats where the goos ends. Did I say it was slow?

Very frustrating and not what I would like it to do.
