Had some issues trying to find some of the cable management pieces but wàs able to find the right one. Software is LG. I'm use to it but it has it's quirks. Sometimes, it is slow.

Small buttons and poor bluetooth connectivity

The only reason we went back to Best Buy is because they had a sale on 43 inch LG which is not as good as the Samsung and we really couldn't afford. You would think I would learn after all the products we've paid for or were given as gifts have have either died or broke down
