The first 43" delivered was damaged. I took it back and got a replacement (same model). Three days later, I decided I was not satisfied with the picture quality. I exchanged it for a Sony Bravia 3. I love the Sony Bravia 3.

I purchased this TV and didn't get around to using it until a month later and low and behold it had a cracked screen. I purchased online and the managers at the store said that I had to call the 800 number, Customer service told me that there's nothing they can do about it. Over the last few years I have spent over $20,000 and I really expected to get a replacement, especially on a $270 TV. I well

Great TV! WebOS!? Not enough RAM or storage...

The picture quality is fabulous. The sound quality is amazingly good for a flat screen TV without any additional speakers. And the TV as a "smart tv" is functionally good -- but this is where it is not really very good. It really should be so much better. Also, the remote control is very poor in design. The buttons or keys on the remote are not very responsive and the remote requires too much precision to get it to work. Sometimes, I have to try more than three or four times to get the remote to work -- very annoying. So, I bought a keyboard to run my smart tv. The thing that is problematic is there is not enough RAM to really take advantage of the WebOS technology. I cannot really use the built in browser well at all even though that is the primary reason I went with LG. Also, there is not enough storage memory on the TV as it requests me to delete items when there are updates to the software. Unfortunately, with consumer electronics they really tend to dumb us down. Which, I find insulting. I know marketing says to focus on benefits and to not provide the specifics of the features. That is okay at first but it provides for a crappy long term experience for the customer. The customer needs to be educated about why they can expect the benefits from the product -- that means they need to understand features (and that means some level of specs) as well as benefits. The reality is that there are several technical components that should always be listed when selling "smart" items that go beyond the primary purpose of a device. For a TV the primary issues are related to picture and video quality. and sound. So, there are at least four things we need to know: 1. Picture Resolution: UHD, 4K, HD, SD, 1080p etc. How many pixels are available on the screen. 4K really is wonderful. 2. Color resolution: HDR - the number of colors available on the screen and how vividly, brightly they are displayed and how great is the contrast. What kind of a color range is really available. HDR is really good here. 3. Frame rate / Refresh -- How fast does the picture update itself? 4. Some kind of audio measurements: what is the range of volume from lowest number of decibels to highest decibels, whether the TV is a mono speaker device or it has multiple speakers and stereo sound. There are other things that are really wonderful like upscaling -- taking a lower quality picture or video and cleaning it up and making it look higher in picture quality. They may even have technologies available to make the video quality smoother in terms of frame rates for video that was shot at fewer frames per second to make them appear that the video was shot at higher frames per second. And of course there are audio components that can also really make of break a TV experience. Incidentally, this TV does really well in this area. I do not have any additional speakers for the TV and yet it produces a much better sound in terms of volume and quality than my old flat screen TV. But the things that should probably always be included with any smart device are: 1. The Random Access Memory (RAM) how much memory does this device have and is it sufficient to last several years worth of updates to the various software it uses. Is this measured in Megabytes or Gigabytes? Is it enough for what the customer wants to use it for? Simple TV watching or more of a consumer based multimedia computer in your living room? The size of your screen should not really be a factor here should not diminish your Smart TV's smartness. 2. Storage (Hard Drive or SSD or other storage) How much memory is available for storage? Will you be able to store and update all the streaming apps you want to on your TV for several years? Or will you run into problems within a few months? It does not help that LG has filled the TV with a bunch of proprietary apps that I am not particularly interested in using. It is not so bad that they added so many of their own apps -- it just stinks that there is too little storage and too little RAM so that when there are updates, I am being asked by the TV to delete apps that I want. What adds insult to injury is that I cannot delete many of the apps that LG has installed. This is one thing that I really do not like. 3. Bandwidth -- what kind of WiFi or Ethernet or Co-axial Cable connections are available and how fast are they? Will you run into problems with buffering? Fortunately, this TV is great in this area. I have been using it for more than a month and I am happy to say that with a simple Xfinity Comcast internet system I am not having any problems with streaming or buffering at all. Finally, I bought a Logitech media keyboard to use with my TV and I have not figured out how to turn the TV on and off with the keyboard. You can read my review for the Logitech K400 Plus TV keyboard here on the Best Buy site -- I used the screen name EssayDoesIt. Unfortunately, the keyboard does not successfully replace the remote. Finally, for the price it is a really excellent TV. It is just not a great "Smart TV" If I had known about its limitations with the RAM, storage, and the remote, I would have bought a better model in the LG line. But I would have wanted the specs on these aspects of the TV before buying it.

I recently purchased the LG 43UT7590PUA TV for my bedroom, and I have to say, I'm really impressed with it. The picture quality is exceptional, it's bright and clear, making everything from movies to sports look fantastic. The 4K resolution really brings out the details, and I've found it performs well even in brighter rooms. The sound is surprisingly good for built-in speakers, providing clear dialogue and decent overall audio, which is a nice bonus for a TV of this size. The webOS operating system is user-friendly and offers access to a wide range of apps and streaming services. While I do find the ads that pop up when navigating the menus a bit annoying, it doesn't detract too much from the overall experience. For anyone looking for a reliable TV that delivers great picture quality and solid sound without breaking the bank, I definitely recommend this LG TV.

I recently purchased this LG - 43” Class UT75 Series LED 4K UHD Smart webOS TV (2024) for my kids room and I’m really impressed with the overall quality and features. The 4K resolution delivers a sharp, vibrant picture with excellent color accuracy and detail, especially for a TV in this price range. Streaming movies, shows, and watching like nastya looks smooth and crisp. The webOS platform is user-friendly and fast. My 5 year old has no problems using the remote to put on her favorite shows for her and her brother. Apps like Netflix, YouTube, and Disney+ load quickly. The built-in Wi-Fi works well, and setup was quick right out of the box. I also appreciate the slim, modern design—it looks great in any room without taking up too much space. I wall mounted the TV and overall it looks great. Sound quality is decent for a TV this size, but pairing it with a soundbar might be something I look into in the future. That being said the sound is perfectly reasonable out of the box. Overall, this is a solid, affordable choice if you’re looking for a reliable smart 4K TV with the latest features. Highly recommend for kids bedrooms!

Great TV for the price. My other two TV's are C2 OLED's 55" and 65". For the price, this is a great picture TV. A little slow in moving between apps, but for less than $300 it can't be beat. The remote sucks though....I use an app on my phone that works great with the curser and all. I tried a couple 'Magic remotes" from Amazon, but neither would get the curser option to work. returned and use the app because as I said, the remote is trash.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely Love This TV! Perfect for My Space! I recently bought the LG UT75 43-Inch TV from Best Buy, and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase! The picture quality is absolutely stunning — crystal clear 4K resolution with vibrant colors and deep contrast. Streaming shows on Netflix and Disney+ looks incredible, and the built-in webOS makes it super easy to navigate between apps. The size is just right for my bedroom, and the setup was quick and effortless. I also love how sleek and modern it looks — definitely adds a nice touch to the room. The sound quality is surprisingly good for a TV of this size, and I haven’t even needed a soundbar yet. Best Buy’s customer service was great, and the delivery was fast and smooth. Overall, I’m extremely satisfied with both the TV and the shopping experience. Highly recommend this model to anyone looking for a great 43” 4K smart TV at a solid price!

I bought this to upgrade the old TV in our bedroom. It was easy to setup. Put the stand on, connect to the Comcast HD box via HDMI cable. The plastic stands seem a bit flimsy, but they support the TV. Plugged in he power cord and turned it on. It did not take very long to run through the setup using the LG remote. Then I set up the Comcast remote for the cable box and spent a little time looking for the best picture and sound quality for the room and was done with the setup. The picture and sound are great compared to the TV it replaced. So far we are very pleased with the unit.

When compared with other LED TVs with the same screen size, this TV really caught my eye. It was more visually appealing and vibrant than a more expensive Samsung model I had been considering, and it offered a lot of Streaming Apps which I previously had to access through a separate Roku unit. I was able to sync my Direct TV easily and the TV senses the power of the Satellite box and switches immediately. Available Apps include: Disney+, Max, Paramount+, peacock, Fandango at Home, hulu, Netflix, prime video, Apple TV, Sling, and YouTube. The TV comes with Alexa built in for controlling the TV. There’s also an App for LG Channels which resembles the Roku Channel in its offering of TV, Movies, Sports, and News. For the money, Great Picture/resolution, and good sound too. Obviously, you should compare your own choices, but I am happy to recommend this unit.
