The Sales Associate was knowledgeable and informative. The delivery teams were so willing to make sure our installation met our needs. And the communication on our order was very thorough. Like it as well as the one I had before which was the same make. The fact I am not happy with it particularly is really my responsibility. I should’ve gone to the store and purchase there however, I will tell you I was waited on via the phone with a young man who did everything he could I thought a sufficient TV the fact, I’m not happy with it was not his fault will suffice
