It is fairly heavy so be sure to have some kind of support if your location isnt fully up to the task. The LG app was a little buggy and took a few tries to get this unit to sync with the app. However once it connected its been great as well.

Very quiet and looks great. Also has a high efficiency rating which helped keep the power bill in control. I also own many LG products and this one like the others did not disappoint.

Got this to replace a family member's older unit. This "inverter" style is far more quiet, much more energy efficient and cools noticeably better than the old one. Way too soon to say much on longevity, but so far, so good.

It hasnt raised my electric bill much at all compared to others ive had in the past and it keeps my entire downstairs cool. Ive never had an air conditioner this quiet! No more turning the tv up qll the way. Well worth the money

Anything else ive had would end up 3 or 4 degrees above the set temperature which resulted in inconsistent and uncomfortable. This AC DOES NOT blow that cold Gross wet feeling air. it blows nice fresh feeling air. its probably as quiet as a window unit can be. the auto clean feature is a amazing... and the remote has a screen to see what its being set to !

I bought 2, one for living room and one for the bedroom. It is perfect for my bedroom. My bedroom is 20x20. My living room is a bit larger and the other unit is nice for it. But I wish I went with more BYUs. But I am still a fan.

At first I was disappointed because it was making an extremely loud noise while running. I finally discovered that proper leveling of this unit is a must After getting it level this unit runs great and saves money with the dual inverter.
