Installation was a breeze and its really cold. Sometimes I have to turn it off because it would turn the room too cold. Not to mention its feature where it would use the water from the condenser and use it to further cool the air coming out is pretty great. I highly recommend this AC

It hasnt raised my electric bill much at all compared to others ive had in the past and it keeps my entire downstairs cool. Ive never had an air conditioner this quiet! No more turning the tv up qll the way. Well worth the money

Got this to replace a family member's older unit. This "inverter" style is far more quiet, much more energy efficient and cools noticeably better than the old one. Way too soon to say much on longevity, but so far, so good.

Quiet, Fresh Air

Anything else ive had would end up 3 or 4 degrees above the set temperature which resulted in inconsistent and uncomfortable. This AC DOES NOT blow that cold Gross wet feeling air. it blows nice fresh feeling air. its probably as quiet as a window unit can be. the auto clean feature is a amazing... and the remote has a screen to see what its being set to !

It's really good on energy saver mode. It cuts on and off when it's supposed to. The filter is easy to access.

Covers out kithen and loving room

Love the remote and app. Cleaning can be a bit of a hassle. Make sure to lean it out the window otherwise you will get water in the house.

I live in an old farm house that has central air/heat but it gets so hot upstairs so we have to have a window unit. This is probably the 6-7th one in the last 12 yrs and I have no regrets. It’s super quiet, gets and stays cold, and it looks nice. It’s a bit pricer than some of the others but it’s worth every penny I spent. I plan on getting one for the other room upstairs.

I bought 2, one for living room and one for the bedroom. It is perfect for my bedroom. My bedroom is 20x20. My living room is a bit larger and the other unit is nice for it. But I wish I went with more BYUs. But I am still a fan.

For this price range I would expect bigger display on the remote with the backlight and with buil in thermostat. Other than that it is fine. Regarding double inverter future, will know after I receive my electric bill.
