This is by far the best window unit!!! I live in an old farm house that has central air/heat but it gets so hot upstairs so we have to have a window unit. This is probably the 6-7th one in the last 12 yrs and I have no regrets. It’s super quiet, gets and stays cold, and it looks nice. It’s a bit pricer than some of the others but it’s worth every penny I spent. I plan on getting one for the other room upstairs.

Heavy and definitely should have two people when installing for safety, but cools room quickly and quietly. Love the WiFi connectivity to turn on and off AC remotely and change settings on the go.

This line of LG AC units are workhorses. It isn't too loud. It's really good on energy saver mode. It cuts on and off when it's supposed to. The filter is easy to access.

It is good as it is described. Worth for the money. Quiet and cools the room quick. No complaints so far.

Quiet, efficient and effective. Got this to replace a family member's older unit. This "inverter" style is far more quiet, much more energy efficient and cools noticeably better than the old one. Way too soon to say much on longevity, but so far, so good.

This unit is Super quiet and is extremely efficient. It hasnt raised my electric bill much at all compared to others ive had in the past and it keeps my entire downstairs cool. Ive never had an air conditioner this quiet! No more turning the tv up qll the way. Well worth the money

i have never had a window AC unit that stayed on the set temperature when on Enery Saver! Anything else ive had would end up 3 or 4 degrees above the set temperature which resulted in inconsistent and uncomfortable. This AC DOES NOT blow that cold Gross wet feeling air. it blows nice fresh feeling air. its probably as quiet as a window unit can be. the auto clean feature is a amazing... and the remote has a screen to see what its being set to !

My quietest AC YET. It cools down my room at a valid time ranging from 20-40 minutes and it’s good during the summer and being able to turn it on through my phone while outside is a game changer.

Obviously no one wantnto have the A/C running when no one is home, but having wifi at home you can control it an hour before and walk into your room nice and chilled ! Covers out kithen and loving room

Easy to install and very quiet. Very economical, too. Having the old one for more than 20 yrs. Indeed, LG is a reliable one.

I love my new air conditioner! It is quiet and cools off my whole downstairs. I definitely recommend it to anyone that needs one, I am thinking of replacing all of my air conditioners in my home.

Initially, I was unsure, but after the first use, my family and I liked it. Sleep feels cooler and smoother now. Just remember to clean your filter.

This is a great AC unit for a decent sized room. I bought 2, one for living room and one for the bedroom. It is perfect for my bedroom. My bedroom is 20x20. My living room is a bit larger and the other unit is nice for it. But I wish I went with more BYUs. But I am still a fan.

Easy installation, quiet when in use and cools room.

I bought this to replace a 10 year old unit. At first I was disappointed because it was making an extremely loud noise while running. I finally discovered that proper leveling of this unit is a must After getting it level this unit runs great and saves money with the dual inverter.
