Best AC unit I’ve purchased.
It’s a great little AC unit, for the size of it it cools down the room in a short amount of time. If I set it to 60 degrees and max fan speed the room feels cooler within 3 mins. The set up was easy, the instructions were clear to understand and it was my first time ever installing a window AC unit. The filter needs to be replaced roughly every 250 hours that’s it’s powered on and all you have to do is wash the filter. Rinse it with cold/lukewarm water and clean it to get all the debris off the filter, dry it with a paper towel and once it looks dry, pop it back into the AC and it’s ready to go for another cycle. Comes with a remote control and is controllable via ThinQ App. Set a schedule for when you want it to turn of or set a delay timer to have it turn on within specific time.

Best AC unit for NYC residents.
This is honestly the best window AC I’ve used in NYC. The phone app is super handy—I can turn it off in the morning without even getting out of bed. The dry mode works really well too. It dropped the humidity in my room from 84% to 50% in like 15 minutes. Sleep mode is really quiet, which is great if you like total silence. But personally, I prefer the regular fan sound—it’s kind of like white noise and actually helps me sleep better. I also like that it does a coil cleaning cycle after shutting down, so it doesn’t get moldy like some other units. Overall, 10/10. No complaints at all.

Finally a AC that’s efficient and works well.
I’ve had this ac since December of 2024 and so far it works very well. When setting up the Thin Q app it was easy to connect and see details and change settings on the unit from the phone. The filter is easy to clean and put in. Noise isn’t to bad compared to generic old units on the market. Energy use is low plus with the app I know exactly how much power is being used on my lg devices in my home. The setup is quick and easy to do. Air flow is great and icy cold. Overall I recommend getting one!
