I can give you my honest opinion on this AC unit. Originally I bought my first one and took it home and installed it. Once I installed it, I noticed the air conditioner was very loud when the compressor came on. This was super loud so I figured something was wrong with it and returned it to Best Buy and purchase a second one. When I got the second one home and installed it, it was the same thing. Definitely not a good air conditioner the loudest air conditioner I've ever heard in my life. Stay away from this one. At the time of this review, I think Best Buy no longer sells these and pulled them off the website. I only gave it one star because I had to give it at least a star to write a review

The unit arrived dented and when I installed it, it vibrated and made a horrendous noise. Thats may be a delivery issue not an LG issue. But in that I did use it for a few days, I noticed a low air outflow just like the 8000 BTU unit. It seem that an emphasis on quiet operation (which it succeeds at,) means a smaller or less powerful fan. It cools but takes a while. The method for attaching the side flaps seems gimmicky with a poor seal.

I order it they don’t give right way delivery. Next day it’s says my order delivered but when I went to lobby I counted find my parcel. Then later on 8:00 pm my front desk guy call me that my parcel was here. When I open the box some of the part of missing and when I turn on to check that everything was fine but it’s making noise and after 5 min it’s stop automatically. Then I have return back to the store which is way too far from my home .
