Looked at a number of tvs @ best buy and choose the LG as we liked the size and picture quality. Also it was on sale. We took the tv home with us and with the help of our son, got it set up without any problems. This saved us $175 setup fee that best buy would have charged. It is still new to us - about 5 weeks- but we are happy with it.

Good 47" TV for Price

Great value for price considering the 47" size. Not too many bells and whistles. Sound is more than adequate, do not need separate audio in bedroom environment (medium size room). I would recommend a costlier set for the main room or home theater.

We have owned other LG appliances in the past and have been completely satisfied. Product has been in our possession only a short time and the jury is still out as to sustained performance. As of this date, all its features that we understand can be rated as outstanding.
