Q: Swivel Stand

A: I just found out from LG that the WRONG stand was packed in the box, they are sending me the correct swivel stand.

Q: Is 120hz vs 60hz worth the extra money? Also does the 120hz have a clearer/better picture? Thanks.

A: In short, yes it is worth it. If you already know the difference between the two then I apologize for repeating what you already know, but the 120hz/60hz refers the refresh rate of the picture. In other words, a TV with 60hz refreshes the picture 60 times every second. 120hz is double that, resulting in a clearer picture as you are seeing more "frames" per second. The result is a less blurry picture. However, most channels broadcast at 60hz, so whatever broadcast the TV is receiving is what is going to show on the TV. (full disclosure, I may not be exactly correct on that, but I know that's the gist of it). But a blu ray on a 120hz TV will look far superior to that on a on a 60hz. Hope this helps you!

Q: can i hook up my wii and use the netflix thru it and the internet?

A: This TV does NOT have built-in WiFi, and it does NOT have an ethernet connection. So you CANNOT hookup your WiFi or router directly to the TV. You can hookup your laptop or computer via a HDMI cable to the TV to stream form the computer to the TV screen...this pretty much just treats the TV like a really nice, big monitor.

Q: Does this model have Trumotion?

A: The TV does have TruMotion, though the "Soap Opera Effect" isn't as noticeable as on some other models.

Q: We have a LG model 47LN5400. When we turn it on, the tv will have a quick flash & then go black. Do you think it’s power board or a LED problem. And is it worth getting it fixed?

A: After switching on the tv, use a spotlight at the screen and see whether the screen is emitting images.. If there is images when you beam light to the screen, it means that the LED has malfunction.. Changing the LED should fix the problem..

Q: Which TV is better LED or LCD ?

A: LED has a much better picture
