Won't stay connected to the internet

It's hard to control the mouse on the screen, but I will tolerate it. My biggest gripe is that the TV constantly disconnects from the internet. During the course of a 30-minute show, the TV will lose internet connectivity at least 50% of the time. I think I'll be looking for another brand of TV. It's irritating when you miss half of any program you're trying to watch. It's not worth the "great" price for the latest technology.

The "enter" button is a wheel that if you accidentally nudge the tiniest bit, will turn the TV remote into a pointer that barely works.

It came with no remote. I contacted support and they said, even though I paid more for the higher assurance used tv, parts may not be included. Misleading product description.
