    Yeah, I’ve had a lot of TVs in my life Sony mainly and this is the first time I ever had this brand or some singer Samsung whatever it is but anyway it’s a piece of ???? turning it and I’m getting a new Sony again but the remote control is zero the instructions you get with that are zero and the TV as far as the screen and the features and what not It’s it’s actually not acceptable so I’m getting going back Sony

    So far no complaints about the TV itself, but I feel best buy customer service leaves much to be desired with my purchase. I purchased an Open box-excellent unit. Funnily enough, open box-excellent doesn't necessarily mean it even comes with a box. Or all the hardware. I picked up a TV that was completely wrapped and taped up in bubble wrap, and as I would find out later, did not have the screws to mount the legs. I called the store that I purchased it from later (which is incredibly out of my way, I only went there because they were the closest store to me with a single unit in stock that was in used condition) and was told that if I wanted the screws, I would need to come back to the store for them, I wouldn't be able to pick them up from a store closer to me. Rip

    Great displays are worthless w/o usability

    Rah rah rah great display. But functionally useless. The apps won't install without using a mobile phone app. When you load the phone's app, it starts giving you ads for a paid subscription service. Log in to the TV and try to load the app again - it tells you to log in. Most of the free programming won't load. The manual tells you only things you can see from looking at the TV - and why does it have an RS 232 port? But nothing from the 21st century? There are no instructions on how to use it. We paid $250 for an installation and the tech couldn't explain it. Four people have stopped by to help with the TV and couldn't even figure out how to turn it on or off. LG products SUCK. Now I just hope we can actually return it. The installation guy threw out the box and packaging.

    Not a bad TV the software is awful - confusing, not intuitive, difficult to configure, and worst of all it is not compatible with the PBS Passport app. I was looking forward the tv being “smart”. Now I will have to reconnect my Roku.

    I have no idea how the TV is, but when your building doorman needs to call you during a trip out of town to inform you that your TV was delivered early, dragged on the ground in the rain, banged on most steps bringing it upstairs instead of lifting it and should be checked for functionality, broken parts, and possible return it makes a horrible impression!

    LG is poor quality, our top of the line LG died after 18 months, and using about half at time. Hardware problem, out of warranty. I am going back to Sony.
