Good size tv
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Love the size and quality of the tv. My tv just broke and this one fills the space plus some. I just wish it came with more then two hdmi ports since I have a lot of devices I hook up

Not long lasting

Was pleased with the purchase, but 3 months ago TV when turned on and for approximately 30 minutes afterward half of picture is just stripes. I paid at the time $650, I expected a longer life than 4 years. Will not ever buy another LG product because of issues with other of their products and LG has very poor customer service in my experience with them on another product of just 1 year of purchase.

LG Product support is poor
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.My initial experience with the LG TV was good until my screen went all fuzzy and called customer service. They referred me to an authorized dealer who charged $65 to check and for me to find that LG is no longer producing the part and I have to throw TV in garbage!! How could a good and reputable brand not carry parts after 4 yrs and not offer any rebate or replacement?? That is not customer service and I will not buy another LG product, period. There is a reason price is low compared to competition because you'll end up paying more in the long run.
