    I have bought a few things from Best Buy and I enjoy my experience shopping every time. One of my favorite purchases is the 49 inch smart LED LG TV that I bought online from Best Buy. It was an open box purchase but when I received the TV from UPS it was damaged. But I called Best Buy and let them know about the damage to the TV and they had me take it back to the nearest Best Buy. And when I took it back they didn't have another open box television so instead they gave me a new TV at the same price as the open box. I was very happy and told friends and family how awesome Best Buy is.
