If you are a tech guy/girl, you will love this washer. I bought it alongside the matching dryer which are both rated highly on Consumer Reports. I love the digital controls and the steam options. Very cool.

I have had this washer for about 3 weeks now and could not be happier. The drum is HUGE. I can do twice the amount of laundry in this one vs my old washer. So far I am extremely satisfied with this purchase.

This washer capacity is extremely large and quiet. It is very easy to load and empty.

I really like the large capacity of this washing machine. It takes between 1 hr and 1.5 hours to wash a load, much longer than my old, 17 y/o Maytag washer but since I do fewer loads, it saves time overall. My only complaint is it doesn't remove lint or dog hair well. Otherwise clothes come out clean and smelling fresh. I would purchase this washer again.

These are the legit top performing top loaders of 2014. No question they clean and conserve energy and cash. If you're on a well, by these now. They save us hundreds of gallons of water.

So far we are very pleased with this purchase. Washer is fast and does a great job. My wife really likes the sanitizing function. (although it does take a long time on that cycle)

I highly recommend this Washer and Dryer set. I am short and can reach easily into the washer to transfer the clothes to the dryer. Also love the sounds they make when they are done.

Great washer. We couldn't be happier with it. I was looking for easy use for my parents that are stuck in the Stone Age. This washer can be use with two simple button pushes and still allows for many great features. It does a great job of washing and chimes a pleasant sound to let you know when it's done. Oh and the capacity is ridiculous.

This washing machine is performing great for us. We can not believe how big the load capacity is. We have not been able to fill it and we do a lot of laundry. If you are looking for high capacity this is the machine for you.

This washing machine is very easy to use and interesting, it does, however, make some unusual noises but overall good wash.

This washer is fantastic. It doesn't look that big from the outside but the inside is enormous. It fits so many clothes and all the custom settings are great!

I do love that I can do a huge double load (compared to my old large washer), so I spend much less time washing clothes for our family of 6. There is sometimes a white film left on stuff and I've had to run an extra rinse, which is confusing.

I received this new washing machine in exchange for a lemon I had purchased from Best Buy. So far, I am happy with my new washing machine. The last machine supplied NO hot/warm water. My towels never smelled fresh because they were not properly cleaned. And to make matters worse, in trying to resolve this problem, I received terrible customer service from Best Buy and Geek Squad. For weeks, I was making calls to anyone and everyone, trying to get some resolution. Finally, a manager by the name of Sean, at the Orland Hills location, did his job. BRAVO to Sean!!! The only person who helped me resolve the problem. The only person who truly listened and gave me the proper information needed. NO ONE else offered me the proper information. Information and a guarantee that I WAS ENTITLED TO, and had paid for, according to the Geek Squad Protection Plan policy. Sean deserves a raise - good man, good employee!!! I hope in the future I do not have any more bad experiences with Best Buy or Geek Squad. I have made many purchases with Best Buy and would hate to give my business to someone else.
