I have had this washer for a few months, It washes good if it is loaded correctly , Please read operating instructions before use. Only bad thing is it has a squeak , hopefully this will go away or the repair guy will be called.

It so smooth the clothes are so clean. The cycles are endless, the detergent and bleach is never wasted.

We recently splurged on this washer and am very glad that I did. The washer holds three times the amount of my old one and cleans 10 times better! I love that I don't even have to select the water level. It can sense that automatically! I'm very happy with this washer.

This thing can handle whatever you throw at it! What used to take me two loads to do can easily be done in one load with room to spare!

Purchased a floor model at a great price. When we set it up, realized that one of the feet was missing which meant no washing clothes. We returned to store where salesman told up we would have to order the part. Whoa! Best Buy advertised this as a complete floor model and it was not, and you want us to pay for a missing part. That was not what we wanted to hear! We asked for a manager, who made it good by giving us a foot from one of the other in-store floor models. Once we returned home and set-up the washer, we started our first load of laundry. There was a highly annoying squeaking sound during the wash cycle. We immediately scheduled an appointment for service by the Geek Squad (thankfully, we had purchased the extended warranty since it was $110 just for them to come out.) Two weeks later, the Geek Squad comes and tells me that two parts are needed. We are now waiting for parts for our brand new washer to come in. Hoping this is not a sign of things to come. Will know more in two weeks when the Geek Squad returns to install new parts on new washer. On the plus side, I do love the washer. The over-sized tub without the agitator in the middle means bulky items can now be washed at home. This washer also offers so many awesome features; don't know if I will ever use them all, but the option is there.

The deep bucket is perfect for a family of 6 and the amount of laundry that we have to do daily. I would recommend to anyone.

Great washer for an active family with three kids. I really like the large tub size for big loads. Top loading means no moldy rubber seem. The steam option is great for deep cleaning towels, blankets, stained clothes. It is pretty quiet and balanced even during spin cycle.

So happy to have this- big enough to handle duvets, yet does small loads easily as well. I just ordered the matching dryer...

I got this as a warranty replacement for the older version of this washer I got back in 2011. This model is half a cu.ft. bigger and seems to work like the previous version with the exception of the tub clean cycle. Tub clean cycle now goes for 2 hr 25 min! An improvement in my opinion. Tub clean also lets itself soak in the cleaner for a certain amount of time. According to the other reviews I heard, it seems that LG took the flaws of the previous model and resolved those in this model.

Fantastic washer for big families...self adjusts for load size. We LOVE this washer!
