I would marry this washer! The first two weeks I just watched it balance and clean clothes. (I have no life) It is fascinating and I so appreciate how clean my clothes get and how quiet the machine is! Thanks!!!!!

Bought this washer based strictly on online reviews. The drum is massive, the machine is very quiet, and it does an excellent job.

I would recommend this washing machine to everyone but more for people that need to do larger loads since this machine is made for it. It has impressed me every time I've used it!

I just pruchased this for my house. It is amazing. I like that when you first put it on it might say an hour, but if you wait a mnute after it does it's sensing it goes to to half te time. Great buy

If you have well water be careful as it may not have enough pressure for your washing machine. After some research I found out that the software in the machine won't allow it to continue to the next cycle if it doesn't fill up with water in the allotted time frame. It then will give you an error reading.

Cleans well with many options. Quiet. Handles small and very large loads efficiently. Delivery was professional and punctual.

Clothes are not immersed in water, they are sprayed with water so if you wash a shirt 1 sleeve may get washed but not the other. The bells and whistles are great- large tub, great cycle choices - but it doesn't clean your clothes.

I used to use front loading washer but it cannot wash my big thinks like blanket...this top load LG washer can wash everything....very quiet.....I love it.

Does laundry well, the clothes look better, smell better and really able to hold large loads of clothing as well as bedding while actually getting them clean and fresh.

I bought this machine several months ago and it is awesome. My clothes come out nice and clean and I don't buying this item. Plus the fact that it was open box, with an additional 10% off is awesome!!!!

After reading reviews, we chose LG unit over comparable Samsung washer. 2 man installation team was very fast & efficient -- gave us a quick lesson on operation & departed. 1st load ran well but rinsed in hot water, so did second, regardless of settings. Turns out the installers reversed the hose connections, which was easy enough to fix. So check this issue before they leave! Washer itself is quiet, with a myriad of settings & options. 2 weeks in and we're very pleased with the washer.

Have had the washer for a month. So far so good. It's a beautiful washer, quiet, and has many features. Clothes are coming out super clean and spin cycle takes out more water than my other washer...

I had a front load washer and the door seal always smelled like mold. I like this washer much better.

Super quiet. Large capacity! Did my research and I am so happy with my purchase. Appreciate how it uses so little detergent and spins the clothes so effectively that the clothes are half dried by the time you pull them out. Also like the delayed wash option. Overall you wont be disappointed. Plus buying at Best Buy was really great bc they deliver quicker than Lowes or Home Depot and they deliver straight to our house and not first to the store and then to our house.

I totally love this washer! I would caution against certain things being put in it, though. I used some Old English polish on a couple of towels. I washed them with other towels and my other towels smelled like them and actually were spotted with the polish. I still love the washer. I will just be careful about putting in things that are heavily soiled polishes. I can put so much in a loader. I like the way that it weighs the clothes and determines the size. I don't have to choose, small, medium, or large. I would recommend this to anyone.

Large capacity, but wouldn't recommend over loading

Our 10 year old washer decided to quit on laundry day. After researching online and finding out that friends had this unit we bought it. Best buy was great and had the unit in store in a couple of days. They also price matched Home Depot's price which was $100 less at the time. This washer is huge, it cut our loads in half. Also purchased the matching dryer which cut the drying time in half. We've been using for 2 months and no problems yet!

I really like the large washer drum. It is good for king size bedding. Like other reviews, I don't like the long cycle times. There is a quick wash option but it does not enable the use of fabric softener. The washer has way more options than I'll ever need. I have not tried the steam option yet. Overall, I'm satisfied with the purchase.

This was a great purchase & investment. Works great! Haven't had any problems with it at all since the purchase. Very pleased with this model & would definitely recommend it to anyone seeking a quality washing machine.
