I loved this washer... unfortunately - the speed wash cycle overflowed the entire floor of my garage. I can't imagine what would have happened if it was placed inside of the house or an apartment... which is really sad because I fully enjoyed the cycle options of this washer.

I've had it for 3 weeks now and it seems to be working well so far. does not have a wool cycle

This unit great! Easy to install and operate. We have doubled our ability to wash and cut our wash time in half! The entire family loves it.

Noise level higher than my last washer, but cleans

We stopped at Best Buy on a mission to replace my 20 year old Maytag washer/dryer. Asked questions, looked around, didn't want to pay a small fortune. What we found was a very good value for the price - they were on sale. We chose LG over other brands because the other LG products I've gotten are working so well! I'm still learning how to use them, because I'm just not used to the features on these new-fangled products. But the tub is so much bigger that I can do one load instead of the 2 loads before. A little hard getting to the bottom with the top loader, but I just grab the reacher I often use and I have no problem.

Has large capacity with small footprint. I've been looking for a large capacity washer to fit into my small laundy room. This is the one that fits very well. Easy to operate

Takes too long to wash one full load, but that being said, it's a very effection machine

Love how it sensors the load and releases the correct amount of water needed, not too much or too little. Gives you the options to customize your load and plays music when the cycle has completed.

Not my first HE washer. First steam washer cycles could be shorter. good washer for $$

This washer meets and exceeds all of the requirements I was researching for the washing needs of my household. Have had it several months and there are no downsides.

This washer is made for large loads, but does just as well on small loads.The 10 year warranty on the drive is a plus.

Huge tub! No issues with mildew like the front loaders. Spins clothes very dry so it reduces drying time.

We have been very pleased with the early results of this purchase.

The machine has lots of nice features such as the steam option and is quite big. I had linen from 2 queen size beds in one wash and there was room leftover for more items. Some stains didn't get completely removed though.

My wife and I are retired and have never seen a washer like this with all these electronic doodads. I wish you would give your installers more time to explain the intricacies of working this item. They did as well as they could given their limited time, and did great with the installation.
