I previously posted a review where I expressed concerns about delivery mix-ups. I now have my washer and dryer and think they are excellent. bought floor model, slight dent on front , no big deal but when i got it home and saw underneath all the legs were crushedlike someone dropped it from 20 feet up making leveling it impossible so i'm not sure if vibrating is from

This washer is fantastic. The capacity is great and it cleans really well.

My husband and I bought this washer as an open box item. Would I have paid the normal retail price? No way! But it has some pretty neat features. It doesn't have the option to choose the load size because it has load sensing. This basically means that it will do a couple min of spinning and jerking to level the load and figure out how much clothes is in there. Also, when the load is done it plays a cute tone. However it is not very loud.

Cleans lots of clothes at once, but is unable to really clean deep down stains, can only work one setting soak, finish rinse, or heavy clean. Doesn't matter if you have a big load or small. Takes over an hour to wash a load.

My washer is the best ever, all my clothes is clean and it never lets me down everyone should get this washer.

Excellent capacity for bedding and large items, does the job well!!

This is a nice washer with lots of options to customize the cycles. This is my first high efficiency washer and it does not seem as if the clothes get as clean. To compensate, I am using the soak feature and sometimes the extra water feature. These features make the washing cycle VERY long - 1.5-2hrs! Also, being only 5ft I cannot reach the bottom of the tub (although this was the smallest of the washer I looked at). I use a pair of tongs to get the last few pieces out.

Only had it a.couple of months now so the official verdict is still out. So far I'm loving it..

Very pleased with the efficiency of the dryer. Alerts when clothes are dry and leave shirts winkle free.

This is our first washer purchase in over 15 years so the technology has greatly improved since our last washer. This high efficiency model uses much less water and we can see the difference in our electric bill in the first month of use. the clothes seem to be cleaner. What more could you ask? As a further indication of our satisfaction, we recommended this washer to my wife's sister and she bought the same one.

This is a replacement washer after only having ours for 3 days. Although we are reluctant to do this, I have Faith the manager is correct in doing this. We like the features very much, and hope it works out.
