So far we like the LG washer. It is takes some getting used to arranging the cloths in the washer for balance rather than dropping them in. It does have a bit of a squeak which we need to figure out what is going on.

I've been using this washer for about 2 months now and so far it works great. I hope I can give another review in 1 year to give a better performance rating on how this product really works after 14 months of use.

I've only had this for a few weeks but so far I Love love love this washing machine. The large drum is perfect for washing king bedding, bulky dog bedding and delicate items. The allergen setting is awesome

This washer replaced an 2 year old model that broke and required a $450 repair. I am happy with the washer but don't think I would have put out the extra few hundred for the steam model had I know it takes 3 hours to do a load with steam

Got both the washer and dryer a couple of days ago. I was happy with the setup. The level of both were slightly off. hoped that the installation crew would check it.

We had a Lady Kenmore washing machine for 30+ years. Old technology was an energy/water waster. So far the LG is proving itself to be a true energy and water saver.

Love the washer. The tub is very deep so if your short it may be hard to reach all the way in.

Part of the machine started rusting after 5 days. They took it back and Best Buy's customer service has been amazing in this regard. Found it to clean well but a little harsh on delicate items. It is very quiet which is nice!

I read a lot of reviews before purchasing a washing machine and absolutely love this, no complaints! Much more gentle on clothes then my old agitator washer and saves me money in dry cleaning!

My wife loves this top load washer. We bought it to replace a front loading washer that had mold and odor issues. this one has worked well for over a year now and my wife still loves it.

The washer is awesome. We have only have only used a few settings, but the amount of clothes it can wash is ridiculous. The speed wash feature comes very handy when you need an item quickly. If you are of shorter stature it is little hard to reach the bottom of the tub.
