Due to closet space restriction we had to go for top loader. It is efficient relatively quite and smart wrt load sensing.

Washer is quiet and works wonderfully. I only gave it four stars because it has so many options and I haven't been able to explore all of them yet.

So far an excellent washer. So quiet and effective with noted minimal wrinckling of clothes.

We love this washer! It is very easy to use due to the smart programming! You will ove it!

The washer does a pretty good job. But if you have heavy bedding (king sized comforter and sheets) it is very particular and you cannot wash them at the same time. Also had an issue with the drain hose being too deep in the wall drainage pipe. Who knew that would be a problem. (Instructions clearly indicate not to put the drainage tube too deep in the drainage pipe.) found that later...

I've had this washer for about a month. I love all of the options. Sometimes there are a few too many but I love that they are all there. Extremely quiet.

I wish someone would have told me that some of the wash cycles take up to an hour or more to complete. But I love the big drum which can hold a lot of clothes or big bulky items. So far the washer is doing a good job. Hope it performs as well in years to come.

Clothes: cleaner and smell better than front loader

Purchased an LG model very similar to this one. I also purchased BB extended warranty. Rust set in within 1 year. I emailed BB and they said it was not covered. They considered it cosmetic. Today, within 3 1/2 years later, the entire bleach dispenser eroded (see before and after pics). BB would not cover it and they told me to contact LG. The rep said it was not BB fault that LG sold them a defective model. I contacted LG; they said it was BB problem. LG offered me to pay $382 warranty for them to come out and inspect the machine. BB gave me a 10% on another washing machine. That does not cover the extended warranty that I never used. In addition, I can receive a 10% discount every day at Lowes. BB did not stand behind this product. I am out over $1500.

This LG washer seems to get my clothes cleaner. I appreciate the big tub - I can safely wash heavier bedding without the machine stopping or refusing to rinse - IT WORKS! It is not too wide and fits into a small space and is overall a very efficient washer.

I have had this washer now for approximately 6 months and I just love it. It was rated very highly from the research I did on consumer reports which is why I bought it and it has not let me down at all. I would recommend it to anyone. If you get free delivery, just make sure you buy all of the new hoses from best buy or they will refuse to install it for you. Just a shame they dont stock the hoses on the truck because I would have bought them obviously. It had been 20 years since my last washer and dryer purchase and I didnt realize that hoses did not come with the washer and dryer.

this is the best washer. very quite, cleans clothes very well. wouldnt buy anything else.

Easy to use and has settings for whatever you need

Okay, so after reading the reviews I bought this great cleaning weapon and let me tell you - total love! I mean it is truly a cleaning machine. When you use the bright whites as a selection, it really, really does the job! Bye bye gunk that thought it was going to live as a color deterrent on my white t-shirt! And the melodies the machine plays on start up and finish is pretty cool. I am like totally finding laundry just so I can wash. LOL

I did a lot of searching prior to purchasing this washer, was lucky to find the right fit. This unit has more features than i will ever use but washes clothes well and that is what it is all about. It also looks sharp. It is my first washer that has no agitator, was not sure about that at first but worries were put to rest with the first load. It is a little bit noisy but you get used to it.

Everything its cracked up to be. Balances the load when it starts so it can spin the shi* out of the clothes. When you put them in the dryer they are well on the way. Cycles are a little long but thats ok. My only concern is all the digital controls. Im looking to get 10 years out of these, the old school controls on my last washer were from the gemini space missions but they still work.

Highly efficient washer. With 14 cycles it is so convenient and very effective.
