So far I have had no complaints. Gets clothes clean. Some of the settings for sanitizing and steam can increase washing time significantly.

I've had this machine for 4 years, I love it! So big and works perfectly!

I have had my LG so far for 2.5 years and the thing has worked like a charm with no issues. I would recommend it.

We had a LG front loader for 10+ years, it was great at first, than the stink showed up. We tried to clean and do everything you are to do with a front loader, leaving the door open when not in use. It still made our clothes stink like mold. Then we bought this washer, it has been great, our clothes come out clean, and smelling clean as well.

I LOVE my new Washer. I spend less time doing laundry because it holds so much more and washes in less time than my old model. It looks great too. Only bad thing is that they put stainless steel on the edge of the lid so there are always fingerprints on it. Other than that it is perfect!

The washer has a lot of room, so washing large loads are no problem. It's s quite machine and get clothes very clean.

Great delivery and hookup service. Have not used yet (new construction) but anticipate that it will be a great addition to new home.

So glad I got this top loader. It's the same capacity as the biggest front loader but not as tall. The tub is deep but easy to get the clothes in and out, which I then toss right into my front loading dryer. It has lots of cycles, is quick, and is very good looking. Great purchase!

This is a wonderful washer! The first time I did clothes I stood and watched it do its thing for 45 minutes. It was fascinating!

Product seems to be doing the job... Would be great if washers had wifi and could send a message letting you know cycles are complete along with other info.

This machine will make you WANT to do laundry, as in, literally look forward to washing things. It is a marvel.

My whites are really white with the built in water heater

product was delivered damaged. it then took over a month to rectify the matter. I probably won't use Best Buy for future purchases.

This "washing machine" is really a computer whose job it is to wash laundry. I love it. My son has allergies so we use the "Allergiene" cycle, which uses REALLY HOT water. It has options for "cold" water, or "tap cold", and more features than I can go into here. It uses very little water and very little detergent, so it is quite economical. I just love it. And, it plays a cute little song when it's done.

His is a great washer. I have always used a top load and the features on this unit are easy to use and makes washing a breeze.

great washer , very large, size of tub is great just a little deep.

I love the capacity of this washer. You can def wash a bedspread with no worries. You pick the type of clothes you need washed and it sets the amount of time it would take to get that load washed. Has a distinct tone when clothes are done washing. No issues so far.
