Worst product ever made
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review."Kandhyanalm Kasaki Kattu" is a 800 year old South India Tamil saying meaning "Even if you wear a rag, make sure it is cleaned properly". I very rarely write reviews but could not resist to write one on this washer. This is the WORST washer ever made. I have no clue what the designers had in mind and what kind of testing and QC it went through. Energy Star is of course is a joke. Folks - there is a very pronounced line in saving or using optimal amount of water and the clothes getting washed. This washer miserably fails. Do me a favor. If you buy this washer test the following - After loading clothes, throw some washing powder or oxyclean on the top and watch the entire washing cycle. The exposed cloth with the powder sprinkle will remain as it is until the end of the cycle. Only when you wash 7 to 8 pieces of cloth, there is true agitation. I did not get a lemon. I bought a poorly designed one and unfortunately did not have enough time to watch it closely before the return period.

Very disappointed with my purchase

Now I'm stuck with a washer with no connect. I called 2 times both times the phone hung up.. Ridiculous I'm not purchasing anything from Best Buy again

Worst Washer Ever

Poor design, in that unless you have a full load, the machine does not balance for rinse and spin. It will keep cycling between rinse and spin until it finally stops with the Unbalanced load indicator. It is a time and water waster!! Too smart for it's own good. Never again
