We are very happy with this washer. It's bigger than we anticipated (not a problem for a family of 5) and works great. We love how the washer senses the size of the load and adjusts itself for each one. Our next purchase will be the matching dryer.

This does the job without wrecking your clothes. Spin dry cycle is very fast and gets most of the water out of the clothes. Uses much less water and it doesnt leave residue if you follow the directions!

Had a little problem with an internal water leak. Went to BB next day and rep sent me out a new waasher. Great customer service is one of the reasons why I shop BB. AS far as the wash machine, I love the way it washes my clothes. Id highly recomend it.

I have a very small space to put my washer and dryer and LG makes the biggest, but most space-efficient washers. I probably spent two weeks looking at different sizes and styles and I am SO happy with my choice. I can fit my dog beds in there!

So far I am very happy with this washer. I have tried every setting so far except for the bedding. It has a nice long rise cycle which I love and spins the clothes all most dry.

LG - 5.0 Cu. Ft. 8-Cycle Top-Loading Washer I've never been a fan of LG products which i like to call "Low Grade". However, this product is not L.. G.... and it's pretty much doing it's job and easy to operate. I can't say much at the moment as i just bought the product but LG has come a long way well done and the price is reasonable.

Washer has many preset controls, but if I want to do just a rinse (for example), it doesn't have this option. There's not enough water during wash cycle, so I have to enter for extra water each time. Pretty quiet. But a wash takes very long time compared to my old washer. I do like the larger capacity though.

Top loading allows for more space for blankets, towels and the larger loads of laundry after a vacation. I love it! It has just the right amount of bells and whistles without paying for extra things I will never use. The delivery was a breeze as well.

Bought the washer and dryer as a pair and love them. Tons of room, they adjust the cycle time based off of a scan of the clothes (even checking to see if things are still damp), and they even sing a little song to you when they're done.

Washer does a great job and so far works well. I'm impressed. Washing cycle turns clothes inside out & also empties pockets; something our previousl washer didn't ever do. I also just love the ending tune it's catchy & I find myself humming along.

No complaints here, Quiet and efficient we love our new matching LG top load washer and matching dryer! They work great! seems to wash clothes and we don't have to worry about a leaky/smelly washer anymore. We love them both

Washing machine is huge. Great price and very quiet

My old washer and dryer was Whirlpool Front load Duet that lasted over 13 years. I decided to go with top load & went with LG brand cause my daughter has this brand and loves her set. So far—I have not been disappointed with my choice

I was very hesitated choosing between top load washer vs front load. I ended up front load since it saves money on pedestals and the price is very reasonable. I’ve had it for a few months and it has running great. It’s very quite as well.

I’ve only had the washer a few weeks, but it’s working well so far. I don’t miss the agitator at all. The washer cleans clothes well, although my clothes are never heavily soiled.

Great washer! Purchased a different washer 1 month earlier from a different store and was very disappointed. But, I'm very pleased with the results of this machine.

We had to replace the 1st one as part of the packaging underneath the unit was not removed at delivery resulting in severe vibration. The replacement seems to be working fine and is much quieter. So far, all is well.

Huge capacity for large loads of laundry. Cool functions like the detergent tray. Going to take a bit to get accustomed to all the functions, but really seems like a great washer. Works completely different than my 22 yr old Maytag!

First of all, I am only 5'2". When there is a sock on the bottom of the washer, I can not reach it. One of my sons has to get it out for me! That being said, I love this new washer. It's huge which makes my life so much easier!

We had a front loading washer, which we will never have again. Learned my lesson and we are enjoying our LG top loading washer.
