I love my LG appliances...my laundry room is in my upstairs bedroom area. This washer is sooo quiet and good looking. I even love the sound of the little chime that indicates when it is done!

This is a much better product than I expected. Probably my favorite feature is that you can add extra water. Before I engaged that option, the dark clothes showed lint and it was very annoying to have to use a lint roller to get them clean. I couldn’t find any washer that got 5 stars for the rating on a consistent basis. Our Best Buy salesperson was very knowledge and we went with his recommendation.

I thought the wifi feature was kind of silly. But it is fantastic! Clothes come out clean and since it is so large and notifies me when loads are done, laundry in our house is done so much faster!

It was time to upgrade and with the help of Best Buy salesperson I got a great washer. There are so many to choose from but this is easy to figure out the controls and does a great job washing my clothes.

The washer operates flawlessly, the easy of operation and cleaning was expected from LG and it didn't disappoint.

I bought another washer and Best Buy let me switch it out, and this one is 100% times better. The size is great, helps clothes not get wrinkled and I love the glass lid. Thank you Best Buy!

I read the book first and followed all the directions and now I am getting the maximum use out of this washer. It is so easy to operate and along with the dryer I purchased makes laundry day a pleasure!

Ok do you want to wash a bedspread and not have to stuff it in a washer? This is the washer for you!! The drum size is fantastic and washes the clothes wonderful! I love it!!

I was a little worried after reading some bad reviews! But LG has come through, again! This machine gets our clothes CLEAN! It has a lot of options that covers all types of material

I haven't had this washer very long but have no problems so far. It is easy to use, efficient, and cleans all manner of laundry thoroughly. I especially like the speed wash because it is a short cycle. it runs for 32 minutes which is adequate for cleaning.

I love how this washer uses less water aNd detergent as it goes through its cycle. The user has numerous chive in temps and spin cycles.

My first load of clothes was huge because the dirty clothes were piling up while waiting for the new washer. The tub looks so big that I thought it could handled it.....that was a mistake. Clothes came out twisted quite a bit. Next load was about 3/4 full and it was a lot better. It's not too noisy. The tub is very deep and at 5'5" I have to really reach to get the things on the bottom. Only negative I have is that the bottom of the tub is some kind of heavy plastic..otherwise I would give it 5 stars..

I’ve been using my washing machine for over a year now and it’s been working great. It is easy to use and I love how it notifies me on my Apple Watch when the washing machine is done. It is still a little bit loud but not too bad.

I am truly amazed with this washer. It calibrates with wash load to use right amount of water. The washer is quiet and does not shake like other washers. The quality and look is there.

I was amazed that with less water and time, the laundry was brighter and cleaner. Spots that I thought would never come out after going through the dryer several times, disappeared.

Great capacity and great job of cleaning clothes. A little taller than our last one, so I use a low step stool to reach the bottom of drum. A small sacrifice for this great washer.

Great Value at a great price. I had the what I thought was an upper end front loading washer. Well, the circuit board went and it was going to cost $500 to replace the board. Never again will I buy upper end washer. This one works great and I am very satisfied.

Works great. I just have a little concern where the water does not cover all the clothes while filling up. Other than that, it works great.

This replaced an 18 year old washer. It took a little to get used to as I was used to having the agitator in the middle. I am able to easily place a king size comforter in here.

My new washer is awesome! I didn't know I needed a new washer so badly, but now after I am using it I do know. My clothes are cleaner and fresher smelling than they were previously.
