Great washer, with a big 5.0 cubic feet load capacity. My wife and I have 3 year old triplets and we do A LOT of laundering. It's great at the main function of washing clothes, but the added features of being smart, alerting of when a wash cycle is done, reminding of when to run a "tub clean" cycle, and being able to download other "wash cycle settings". Plus, we were able to buy this at the BestBuy Outlet for great savings. Win!

Gets clothes clean, and very efficient. Smartphone interface is very handy. Would like to be able to just do a quick wash/rinse of a couple items but haven’t figured out how to do that.

My wife and I have never been able to fill it, we think we have a huge load.... nope! Oh, all the LG products sing.

Very solid washer. Cycles sometimes come up as taking a long time (part of being High Efficiency) but after sensing the machine may reduce the cycle length. Much less noise during the spin cycle.

Machine does a good job and is easy to operate. Have had it about 1.5 months and have had no issues. Having the WiFi notification that a load is finished is a nice feature.

Biggest plus is no agitator. I can easily fit bedding and large loads.everything comes out clean. It is kind of loud though same with the dryer.

Seems to be a well built machine that delivers on it's promise. So far, it has washed our clothes well and does so quietly.

Got open box. Works like a charm. Sometimes loud but that’s expected when spinning.

This washer is very quite. However, the only problem is that the level of the water is quite low to cover my full load of clothes.

My dryer died so I figured I would upgrade my washer too. Uses very little water and very fast cycles. Really loving it

I've had it a short time but so far I love it. Its really big inside and there are several choices I have on how I want to wash my clothes. I'm totally happy with it and have no complaints

This washer is fantastic. Easy to operate and quiet. Many preset wash cycles and easy to modify for items and loads. Great buy.

I don't understand the bad reviews on this washer. The only thing I can think of with people having problems with this machine is because they didn't read the manual on how to load the clothes to the settings. I use a lot less detergent and my clothes come out a lot cleaner. The only thing I agree with is water does get trapped in the detergent fabric softener bin but how hard is it to pull it out and empty the water? DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND BUY THIS WASHER!!

Although it has been a good washer the clutch already had to be replaced. Makes we wonder if it's a common problem because when my wife called for service they knew exactly what part was needed and they shipped it straight to my home and the repairman came and changed it.

Good washer clean clothes fast and get whites white and I like how it reminds you when it’s finish or unbalanced
