Does not do what its told

One of my constant issues with the Samsung washer was the extremely small amount of water it used. The LG was even worse. On a normal wash there is almost no visible water in the tub. Does not use the selected water temperature. Set to HOT on a Normal wash the water temperature was cooler than room temperature. Even on Heavy Duty set to HOT the water was maybe 80 F. Yes I checked the hoses were connected correctly several times. Actually ruined two of my wife's shirts during the first wash. Returned it.
