I love that it is stainless and has no agitator. It is not too complex and has a lot of options. My only “complaint” is that the spin is too powerful so I have to manually reduce it with each wash. Maybe there is a way to set preferences but I have not learned it yet.

I like that it has direct drives instead of belt drives, because belts can break and wear out much easier, so I have some piece of mind. My old washer was a front loader and it really tangled clothes and sheets bad. This washer does not tangle!! Highly recommended!!

I've been very happy with the product, it wishes well, is quiet, efficient and very effective . It's also very quick in the cycles and im Overall extremely satisfied.

The salesperson recommended it for it's durability and performance which I can say it's really true. It will definitely save you more in the future for it will last long. But it's also good to have a warranty just in case.
