Excellent washing machine. I had a 14 year old Kenmore washer that needed replaced. I wasn’t sure which direction or brand to look at since styles and precision quality have changed so much. The staff at Best Buy were VERY knowledgeable and steered me toward the LG washer. I love this machine and have not had any problems so far!

Was skeptical about no center agitator and amount of water used during wash/rinse cycles. Been using the new washer for several weeks now and so far we are completely satisfied. Various types of loads and cycles have been and the job gets done to our satisfaction!

The machine looks great with large compacity and I like the clear lid, but I felt it did not do as good of job without the center agitator. With center agitator you are also risking getting your cloths damaged. So, I return it and exchanged for the front loader instead. I like the front loader much better.

Both washer and dryer were a great value and does a great job. I am a Samsung buyer and will always be.

You can do a weeks amount of laundry in two or three loads.

We bought this washer and the companion dryer to replace the ones we’d had for 20 years. We are very pleased. It has the large capacity we wanted and will even fit our king sized comforter with no issue. We didn’t think we would use the Wi-Fi much but it really does come in handy to remind you that your clothes are ready for the dryer.

It works great, I love the different setting. Also, when you turn it on, how the light turns on to the setting of your choice. The see through glass top makes me think of Niagra Falls when I watch the water going in! The best part is the slow closing of the door on top, that is a very nice feature. I am happy I bought this washing machine!

Does everything it is supposed to do without issue.

This is a great washer...it auto calculates the weight of the load and adjust the cycle accordingly. Time saver - have shirts it washes them under 30minutes depending on number of shirts - no longer have to wait the entire 1hr cycle. Awesome!!! Also always stays balanced. Wash about 10 loads every week and half.

Once I figured out all of the different cycles on this washer I was really pleased. I can't believe the size of load I can wash. There are two things I don't like though. I am only 5'3" and I have to use the "Grabber" to get the clothes out of the bottom of the washer. Also, I was reading the booklet and it stated that if a button comes off and gets stuck in the washer, it's not covered by the warranty.
