Having a "load sensing" feature is strange instead of setting the water level manually. The anti-vibration feature works great and it is relatively quiet, haven't used the bluetooth/app with it yet as it is just a washer after all...

Good machine with Smart Home functionality

While the setup for the wifi is a little quirky with patience required, it does work well when its completed. If you check in on the app it will estimate how much time is remaining, but even better it alerts your phone when the load is complete. This is fantastic as I'm never close enough to the machine to hear the cycle complete alert.

Washer does a great job and is easy to use.

It is very quiet for a washing machine. I like the glass top so that you can see the washing action. It locks when in use. You push pause button to unlock the lid and add items. Then push pause again to resume washing.

Wow cant believe how soft they are and clean. The good is that you can just dump the cloths in , the bad for someone short getting them out

Its quality is very impressive so far.I am hoping I get many years out of this one.My clothes are coming out clean.only time will tell for me to determine if this brand was a good buy.
