Great washer

It jingles

One major annoying thing is that when it has finished it plays a really loud, really annoying jingle. No more putting a load of washing on just before you go to bed, this thing will wake you up to let you know it had finished. If I’d known about this before I bought it I would have picked something else.

Great washing machine with lots of capacity

I had to get rid of a 5 year old GE profile washing machine which was shaking all over when spinning. washing machines are supposed to last 10 to 15 years. Not so with my GE. Hopefully LG will last a lot longer. I am happy with its performance and can't complain about the sound

Rusted bleach holder, but great machine.

The first one lasted 7 years and the bleach port rusted out and wasn't able to be repaired. We loved the machine anyway and are taking better care and drying the bleach holder area after each use.

I saw some other people complaint about the soil level isn't enough to soak all clothes when it is used with maximum capacity. But it's fine to me since I rarely wash that much clothes.

I am still not a fan of machines without agitator

The output hose was defective and had holes in it when water runs out. It concerns me as I was told the hose could not be replaced and if it goes bad the machine has to be replaced.. This does not make sense to me. I would never bought it if I knew that.

The feature where the washer will alert you via your phone is quite neat and makes laundry day effective and saves time by allowing for loads to be monitored and placed in the dryer without being forgotten.
