This is my first time to purchase LG appliances and so far I am pleased with my purchase. The only down side is re-selecting the higher water level each time, there's got to be a way to save my settings...

I especially like the time readout so you can easily see how much time is left on the cycle. Nice heat level options and fabric selections. I love the light in the drum so you can see if you left anything behind. Ever leave that one sock in the dryer?

Great washer but have to use Heavy soil to get some clothes clean.

I enjoy new features (add garments, fabric softener rinse, lid lays itself gently, clear lid to see the load being washed, and app notification to phone when the load is finished. Top load washer is much easier on by back removing the clothes.

Works well and has a ton of settings. I love the Wi-Fi feature. The only downside is that this is a replacement for a similar one that didn't last very long. As these washers and dryers become computers, they seem to be failing just as much.

Bought as a warranty replacement for our original washer. The only thing we don’t like is that it doesn’t match our dryer exactly. This is a good washer with plenty of features. We haven’t used the app, but are pleased with all of the other functionality.

Got this washer to replace the old one. So far works great

I got this washer because my sister had it for years and we both love ours. Fits a king size comforter no problem!!! Only problem is I need to stool to get a sock at the very bottom...

This washing machine by far is the best washing machine I have owned. LG definitely knows their stuff. There is no vibration when the drum is spinning. The machine stays in one spot. Definitely recommend this washer. Don’t look any further. Great value.

I am not a fan of front load washers and didn’t think I’d find a top load that still was stylish. This was perfect! Don’t buy for WiFi function as you have to have your settings for the wash pre programmed on washer to get the WiFi function to work.

The LG washer is great. The drum is huge, so I can get bedding in there. Based on experience with other top loading washers, I was concerned that the clothes would be very wrinkled, but that's not the case. Plus, it qualifies for a SoCal Water rebate.

This washing machine is just what I was looking for. Since its location is near my living area, it is quiet and does an excellent job cleaning my clothes.

Wanted to be notified when a load was done - and this is great - no more washing things 5 times due to oversight. You can also setup remote access and monitor and even start washing cycles from the coffee shop - cool stuff.

Beautiful washer but it's not the best. Does leave some soap residue from time to time. And sometimes I question weather it really washes the clothes thoroughly within the LARGE open tub...
