Washer is only about a month old, but no problems this far in, which is as it should be! Having to get used to the extended times for doing a load, as well as having to reach so far into the machine to get clothes out. Don't know what short people do!

Can fit tons of clothes in one washing. So far so good!

Just bought in May and only use once or twice a week, so will reserve judgment! So far, so good. I'm still getting used to agitator-less technology.

The washer is easy to use, seems to do a good job of "sensing" what is in the load which translates to amount of water used. The "smart" features are half baked but the convenience of having a "downloaded" setting is nice.

They machine is so cool you watch the full cycles through the glass the first couple of times. Uses so much less water than old machine and gets clothes so much cleaner. The spin cycle get the cloths almost dry so dryer uses less energy also

Delivered and installed quickly, works great, huge capacity, even sends a notification to your phone when the load is done. Our old front loader was ~12 years old and done. We didn’t know how much better it could be.

We've had this washer (LG WT7200CV) for about a month now. It's does everything I've asked it to. I was able to install the SmartThinQ app on my phone and connect to the washer but it is not very useful. I am unable to add additional water if needed and it takes much longer to do a load than my old machine.

I'm mostly satisfied by the performance of my new washer. However, it appears to be easy to put in too much liquid fabric softener, a bit of which then releases late, ending up on the clothes after they finish. In virtually the same space, this washer takes twice as much laundry as my old agitator.

We’ve only had it two weeks but have appreciated the large capacity and the easy access. We had a front loader before and find the top loader to be a welcome change. Clothes are cleaner than those washed in our old machine.

This washing machine has been great! It fits SO much laundry and has great setting options! We had it delivered through best buy and they did a phenomenal job and were very helpful and a pleasure to work with!

All the electronics are too complicated to do a simple load of wash. But, that is about all that is available any more. The machine is large, quiet, and works well. The loads take much more time than with the previous washer.

Excellent quality and best appliances brand. I noticed huge difference from my old Samsung one. This one has better motor and is more energy efficience. Also the cycles are shorter and really powerful modes

This is the first washer I’ve purchased in 15 years. Loving the top load without the agitator. And the wi-fi capability is a plus. I highly recommend this washer. It’s a great value for the (sale) price!

I purchased this washing machine, and after roughly 10 uses, the darn thing wouldn't power up. You can imagine my frustration at the thought of a brand new washer failing at so few uses. And at that price! The manual was absolutely no help in troubleshooting the issue either. It made me feel like the outlet was bad. A newly constructed home with brand new outlets?? Anyway, I turned to youtube for answers, and saw way too many videos of others who experienced the same issue with their new appliance. Didn't make me feel very good. If you have, or are planning on purchasing this machine, just remember: youtube has the answers, cause the manual doesn't. And I also feel like my clothes aren't as clean as before- with my old machine that has an agitator.

This is a very large washing machine. It gets all clothes very clean. I also love how it tells me when the load is done washing so I don't forget to put it in the dryer.

Water plus feature is great, along with load sensing feature. The load sensing feature cuts washing time considerably. Spin cycle cuts during time. The only negative feature is that one can't instantly program washer by looking at controls. Manual must be read to program optional features.

This machine fits compactly in my laundry space, the directions for usage are easy, the machine washes and spins very quietly and the clothes come out very clean!

We switched froma Whirlpool front load to a LG top load. We were never happy with the results from the front load and the need to leave the door open to avoid the stench that would develop otherwise.

I purchased this LG dryer with the matching washer at Best Buy. The LG's are highly rated and Bust Buy had I best pricing around. I also received bonus point ,another plus for buying at Best Buy.
