I have been very pleased with this washing machine. The only hitch I ran into was with setting up the app on my phone to get alerts. Ended up calling LG for help and I basically had to unplug it and plug it back in to connect the washer to my wifi. Otherwise, everything has been fine so far.

I love this washing machine! Not only does it work great, but it has a timer of when you want to start it and it will send you an alert on your phone to let you know when it is done washing!

The washer is phenomenal. Spend the little extra for a LG and you won't be dissapointed. The geek squad staff was amazing and was able to answer all my questions when installing the appliance as well!

There is no comparison between my last washer (15 years old) and this LG. While what I had did a fine job, the technology built into this unit is like night and day. Money saver, time saver, life saver!

Very nice gas dryer trying to still get through the options. The app that notifies you when it's done..love it no more kids texting or calling to see if their clothes are done..priceless

I needed to get use to a high efficiency washer, but I have grown to love the features...only using enough water it senses for the load and minimal amount of detergent necessary.

My wife did the research and picked out what she found to be the best washer and it was reasonably priced. No problems so far with the washing machine.

This washer replaced a Samsung. I really wanted a front load but couldn't afford the one I wanted so I went with this one. I am very glad I did. My clothes always come out clean, and it is super quiet.

Can do a whole laundry basket full of clothes at once. Large capacity. Plays a nice little tune when the washer is finished. Has many different wash, rinse and spin cycles. Machine runs very quietly.

Love lg products, machine so far performs as advertised. I love the smart functions that allow me to throw a load in when i leave the house and start from the app when i head home.

The clothes were washed and done before I thought they would be the feature that tells the washer the weight etc so it can be washed and )the same with the dryer) in the most efficient way,

THIS MACHINE WITHOUT AN AGITATOR IS A MARVELOUS IMPROVEMENT OVER THE AGIITATOR MODEL, EASIER ON THE CLOTHES AND THE SPIN FUNCTION EXPELLS MORE WATER AND CLOTHES DRY FASTER SAVING ELECTRICITY.

I looked at a lot of different washing machines and settled on this algae. All the features we needed. When they set it up they made one minor mistake which took a while to figure out what they came back and took care of it. The online programming feature is confusing.

Love the fact that it has a delay feature and is smart enabled. Don't have to tey and listen for the finished tone as I now I get a notification on my phone that the wash is complete.

initially upon receiving the LG washer, had problem with water level, technician came to my house and walked me through the procedures of operating the washer. since then I am pleased.

My wife is loving the new Washer... top loader was the way to go. Had a front loader and it would become dirty, moldy and constantly find socks under the rubber where door was

Moved out of state and didn't want to move appliances. We reviewed a few washers and liked the features this one provided at the price point. It works great and the wifi link is pretty slick.

I was just looking for something simple, cheap and easy operating. The store sales recommended me this model. It meet my expectation, even better - a smart washer with big capacibility!

Works good for now. The question is how trouble free will it be. Only time can tell. I would like to see a duriabilty rating on appliances according to a universal standard.
