I had read some reviews of the new HE washers that said they did not use enough water to get the clothes clean. This LG does a great job of getting the clothes clean.

no agitator! That took some getting use to. I need a step stool or a pair of wooden tongs to reach items at the bottom, but I love the bedding setting as I have quilts to wash and I was always worried an agitator would "eat" them.

Works super good and you can fit a lot in it. I have 5 boys so I’m constantly doing laundry the large load definitely help cut wash time in half.

Washer arrived on time, and for a mere $15.00 was hooked up. Delivery service was great, and they hauls off the old one. Machine has been working great.

Amazing what technology can do now a days , it notifies you on your phone when your washer is done and estimates the time your laundry will be done

Using for a month now. LG - 5.0 Cu. Ft. 8-Cycle Top-Loading Washer - White works great. Very happy with it. Only complaint is the WIFI is difficult to connect to.

My first HE washer. So far it does a great job. A short person may have difficulty reaching the bottom of the tub.

Bought this as a replacement to a 10 year old LG. It’s been everything I expected from this brand - efficient, effective , and great on the water bill

This washer exceeded our expectations in every way. Handles big loads, conserves drying time by half by getting rid of rinse water, is quiet and well made.

So far very pleased with the durability of this washer. Twins are involved here and it’s been doing a great job. Definitely have Bestbuy deliver!!

I love this washing machine. The size cuts down the amount of loads I was per week. I read not being able to reach bottom but I’m 5’3 and have no issues.

I like this washer but after owning it for a little over a year (just past warranty) it broke. LG sent a tech and fixed it as a “one time curtesy” which I appreciate but I don’t think it should break like it did. The washer agitator broke and it was out of balance causing it to bounce nearly across the room which scratched the side of my washer and dryer. Kind of frustrating.

Gone bother way and I like top loaders better than front loaders. No worry about smell or if the packet dissolved correctly. This washer works fast!

Purchased over a month ago. Great bargain for a mid-range washer. Love the app - it’s nice to get phone notifications when the washer is done.
