This washing machine is perfect for me and my small family. It gets the job done and I love the different features this washer has.

I've only had the washer a couple of weeks, but I'm highly impressed with it. It is easy to use and is very quiet when running.

I got this dryer for my wife and she loves it. It has room to wash a lot of clothes with one load. Reduces washing time.

So far so good. Unfortunately, these things last a lot less than they used to. Ask me again in 5 years and my review might be different.

Using the default settings resulted in too little water to even wet the clothes no less clean them. The rinse cycle put no water at all in the tub. It just sprayed a little water while it spins leaving the clothes still soapy. The wash cycle was hard on the clothes. By trial and error I found ways around these issues. 1. Use "water plus" for enough water to wash the clothes.. 2. Use "extra rinse" which is the only real rinse cycle. 3. Use the "light soil" option. I still haven't found a way to stop the spray of water during the spin cycle. There is no need for the spray after "extra rinse". It just leaves the clothes more wet than damp in the end. If you find out how to do this, please let us know. I sure do miss my old LG washer. It was the best one ever.

Overall appliances is quality product after one month of usage. We don't utilize mobile application. Only compliant is that these new machines take a long time to complete the washing cycles.

Really agitates clothes, maybe too much, might break down clothes faster. Will take some getting used to compared to our last front loader

I was skeptical at first that having an agitator in the center of this unit after washing several loads I am thoroughly impressed

So far this washing machine is great. I gave it 4 stars because I am short (5'2") and sometimes have to "climb" into the machine to get stuff off of the very bottom, or use a step stool.

Everything has worked fine so far, but then again it's only been a few weeks. Ask me again in a few years. Only 4 stars because out of principal ,these things being so dang expensive now a days.

So far working great I've only had this project about a month and it's the reason I did not give it a 5 star rating. After several months in use i will update my take on the product.

LG has great products. Highly recommend this washer. Great price point for the quality product.
