I don’t feel like the clothes come out clean. They don’t smell it and don’t look it. Wish I had returned it when I had the chance. Won’t buy another LG washer. Very disappointed.

Guess what? Our first full load with the replacement one - on delicate cycle -- same thing -- IE error. It is impossible to figure out how to drain and spin this piece of %%$# as well. LG, save the wifi cell phone remote features on this washer and just make sure the d$## thing works!
