It’s high tech evaluation test wont work. Takes 3 cycles to dry , LG sent repairman under warranty 5 times, so far have replaced every working part and same error code same issue Best Buy refuses to help as I didn’t take there extended warrantee. Lg service is polite but to replace it, apparently the would rather spend 3x the cost of the original dryer than admit defeat. They have sent 2 different appliance repair companies and now they are replacing a the most expensive part that has already been replaced. Dryer is so beat up from being taken apart it looks like it’s been through a war zone and still no resolve. Worst appliance experience ever last LG i will ever buy.

First of all it's not at all SMART. When you want hot water wash you have to turn the cold water off. To get the water to fill up and cover the clothes you have to trick it by either stopping and starting it a few times. If you stop/pause it in the middle of cycle and don't start it in a few minutes, all the water drains out of it. So you cannot soak anything.

Good Washer

Excitement turns to disappointment

It doesn’t put any water in for the rinse cycle. I bought Geek Squad protection so I hope they can help!!
