I have to cut off any slight string sticking out or it pulls them right out. Destroyed a nice robe. Will never buy one like this again.

The machine does not feel up with enough water. Dark clothes come out with soap marks. Have to wash everything under the bed setting just to make sure you get enough water. Do yourself a favor stay away from this product. Very disappointed.

Be very mindful when buying LG or Samsung as they don’t have any local service reps and they will usually not be able to get to you for a week.

I had to buy a stool as I cannot reach the bottom of the tub. I am 5'3" and it is a hazard for me. I also wish there was a permanent press cycle. Also, customer service in the Philippines is awful.

Think twice before purchasing

I keep hoping that there will be something that I like about it, so far, nothing. For example, the unlit letters on the panel are so pale that extra light is needed to read them. The lid locks (which I really hate) - I haven't fallen into a washing machine yet, but I may now because the tub is so deep that I can't reach the bottom when unloading. The tub is so big that the wash load is too big for the dryer so have to split the load when drying and so on.

Can't adjust water levels. No rinse and spin cycle

No rinse and soon only cycle. The instruction manual is generic and worthless. I find more information through Google. Have had to fill water with bucket, unplug so it doesn't drain, to get enough water to soak or clean cloths. Made noises from the start and is getting worse. I'm single so I'm the only one I do laundry for. This purchase was a mistake

First of all, it was rough on clothing. It stretched and ripped several clothing items and sheets. It was also loud during the cycles and spin. I exchanged it for a front loader and am very happy now with my new Machine.

Don’t waste your money

It doesn’t fill the tub enough to clean the clothes. I have to stop and restart the washer 3 times to get enough water in the tub to clean the clothes. If I don’t do that the clothes get all tangled up and do not get clean. I can not get the machine hooked up to WiFi even with it support. I wish I would have bought another machine. If I could give this machine 0 stars I would it’s that bad.

Posted .The Water Plus option on the ENERGY STAR® Qualified LG 5.0 cu.ft. Mega Capacity Top Load Washer, Model # WT7200CW can be used to add extra water to the wash cycle, however, once the machine has reached its maximum water level, the water plus button will have no effect. The Water Plus option can only be selected or deselected while the cycle is running. Once the Water Plus option has been added to a cycle, it is saved as a default option for that cycle until you deselect it. Posted .If foreign objects become stuck between the wash plate and the tub, or if a wire is caught in the wall of the tub, you may hear a screeching or rubbing noise when the tub is spinning. Stop the cycle and remove the laundry. Check the tub for coins, wires, or other foreign objects. If foreign objects are found, remove them from the tub.
