Great machine - large capacity, great for comforters. Clothes come out very clean - big upgrade over my previous (20 Y0) machine. Hope to get years of use out of it!

This will machine holds more that we thought it could. It is easy to operate, and it's touch sensitive so there is no reason to push down on the buttons.

We went to Best Buy in need of a washer due to our old one going out. The sales men were great worked with us until the end. The washer we needed was at a different store and could be to us in two days and the dry would come 1 week later, they set up 2 different delivery times. The team was amazing. The washer works amazing and has the options to wash large loads (like: comforters, large loads of towels and cloths. I would recommend this washer 10x over.

hold a ton of laundry and cleans well. just make sure you can reach the bottom of the tub, my wife can't and I end up helping with every load

It has no agitator! The agitator is the bottom of the washer. Its seems to be very smart. Only using a little bit of water. Its also very quiet. Great product.

I was looking for a big affordable washer that washes my comforter well and found this one. So far, I am very happy with it! Definitely recommend this item.

So far I am very pleased with the washer. It’s definitely faster than my old Maytag Toploader and seems more efficient. It’s very quiet as well.

After having suffered through a very short period with a candy apple red washer that didn't clean clothes and didn't last, we decided to go with an LG washer. We'd previously purchased a dryer from LG and were very pleased with it. Well, almost 5 years later, our LG washer is not only doing all as advertised, it is going strong! Since then we've purchased other LG products and they'be been great. By the way, the dryer is still working like new.

Initially we weren't sure about a washer without a center agitator and how little water it uses but it has done a good job on normal and heavily soiled loads.

This is my favorite washing machine that I have used in a long time. It has excellent features like delayed start and various wash cycle settings. However, the best part about this washer is that the water actually covers the clothing. Some of the other washers I have recently had or used only wet the clothing. So happy with this purchase!

This washer does the job, and uses only enough water required for the load you put in. No more guessing what size load, the washer does it for you. I like the ability to customize the spin speed, as the pre-set leaves things a little too damp in my opinion. I got a very nice rebate from the water company, so couldn’t be happier. Also, the salesman at Best Buy was knowledgeable and very helpful in making my choice. I had to repair my floor before installation, and Best Buy set the date for installation to accommodate me.

Love that the new washer can fit so many clothes at one time and that there is no agitator in the middle so I can fit in a large comforter.

Best washer we have used. Works like a front loader. Tub is very deep for short person. Lots of settings. Will save lots of water. Senses water level.

This washer is great, with auto sensor settings and functionality. Super efficient, and a super large tub. This is a great washer.

Previous washer was a front loader the little woman never cared for. This top loader is so far a better machine. Haven't figured everything out yet as this is one high tech device but we are getting there. It is a little noisier than we expected but not that bad just different then our last machine and seems to be improving with use. Holds a lot more than we expected and has the ability to customize its cycles to meet our needs. Very nice. Very little viberatins much better than our top of the line front loader. Stephen who delivered the unit could not have been nicer or more careful in his handling of the washer as he and his assistant worked well together. Thumbs up to Trevor Navarro who handled the sale he could not have been more helpful.

I love my LG washer. The extra large tub is great for large blankets and sleeping bags and it is a very quiet sounding machine.

The washer has a huge 5.0 CuFt capacity. It runs extremely quietly. The direct drive motor and the automatic load balancing makes for quiet operation.

Love this machine! It has huge capacity, works like a dream and can even be controlled through app, though I don’t utilize that feature.

This washer is amazing. I can fit my entire laundry basket in here with room to spair. My clothes are so clean. Im so glad my Samsung front loader died.

I had to buy a new washer and dryer and the people at Best Buy are the best! I love this washer. It is so much bigger and quieter than my old washer.
