This washer is easy to use. It's large capacity can hold a king size comforter. It washes well and clothes look and feel clean.

Both of the previous LG top load washing machines had their main bearing replaced after 3 years in operation. The top seal on the bearing leaks grease onto the clothing or towels. You have to watch closely as the machine ages for black spots to appear. The problem is not unique to LG. Before the LG's, we had two Whirlpool Cabrios that did the same thing. The most important point is to buy a 5 year insurance plan for less than $150, because you will use it!. We have had two of the last 4 machines replaced without charge by the insurance company. On one of the LG machines that leaked grease, the replacement part also leaked, and it had to be replaced after only 5 washings. Yes, they do make defective replacement parts. The LG is a fine machine otherwise. My final statement is : consumer beware.

Very easy to use washer with plenty of space for my king size comforter. The technology it uses to wash is amazing!

Has a huge capacity for its size and is fairly quiet. Not as quiet as my previous one, however. I had issues setting up network connectivity and decided that wasn't worth the effort.

I love this washing machine. Large capacity! Also, the wash cycles are very quick in time. Clothes come very clean!

This washing machine is wonderful. The tub holds more laundry than any other machine I have used, including large commercial washers. The machine figures out how much water is needed, making it very efficient. It is energy star rated as well. This is the first washing machine that I can say is wonderful.

Wife loves the ease of use and control settings. Also the large drum capacity that she can reach to the bottom of.

Was apprehensive of buying washer without an agitator but this is working fine, getting clothes clean. Dryer works good too.

This wash machine doesn't chew my clothes! Handles extra large loads. Washed 2 queen sized blankets with out a problem.

Quietist washer I have ever owned. All clothes come out clean. Cleans all kinds of clothes with minimum directions for each.

We (my husband and I) bought this washer along with a few other open box items (dryer and a fridge), and they work perfectly. The only thing "wrong" with this washer was that there were a few dings in it. Which is no big deal for us, and we have done this sort of thing in the past as well and have had great luck, plus it's cheaper! The inside is huge, I cant fit what I would call two hefty loads, into one. It even fits Cali King bedding. Would recommend.

I love the fact its a updated model from my 10 year old washer. It has all the settings I could ask for my biggest gripe? Well I still believe washers with the agitator do a better job than the ones without. My personal preference looking back I think i would have gotten the one with the semi agitator or full. It does and good job with small loads and does a good job when it comes to the larger ones I fell the agitator would help.

This washing machine and its matching dryer are easy to use and very quiet.

top loader is great for large loads and it is a very quiet washer

Totally love it! SO much nicer to operate than my old one. Huge capacity & no adjatator! Dryer door opens either way!

The good: it has a large capacity, can wash bedding and lots of clothes, pillows and so much more. It has a cute little chime when its done and can even link it to your smart phone to let you know when its done. App can also delay start and do diagnostic if something is wrong. The bad: its pretty loud, you have to make sure you load it a certain way (clothes evenly distribute) or it will get stuck in the rinse cycle, wasting alot of water. I got this washer for the size of the drum but probably should have went with a front load instead.

Love it so much better than my old front loader...it has a lot more room and gets my clothes so much more clean!
