Whole lot better than Samsung front end load, no mildew problems after 3 weeks. seems to be a great LG product.

Am quite pleased at how much this washer can hold and wash thoroughly. Can do both the king size and the full size sheets at the same time. Pretty quiet machine too!

I never thought I would have strong opinions about a washing machine, but this one changed my mind. The machine washes very large loads of clothes very efficiently and capably. I am very pleased with this machine to date. Obviously the final determination is how long it lasts. For now, this machine has convinced me to consider LG dryers in the future too.

Bought this washing machine 2 months ago. So far no issues runs quietly does a good job cleaning clothes.

Quiet, good repertoire of cycles - but not too many. Clothes, towels, bedding come out clean.

Hardly know it's running. Impeller cleans great. I was not sure it would. Plenty of optional settings.

New & high tech washer, like the spacious that big blanket can put it in. Also it washes quietly & after the end, a melody will play to let you know it is done.

Love the size...5 cu. can fit soooo much in which means less loads to do. Prett quiet and doesn't rattle.

My WT7200CW is just over 1yr old. The pulsator keeps coming off during cycle. No matter how tight I thread it back, it always comes loose again. Flipping the pulsator back and having a close look I realize the female spline is completely worn out that the drive shaft cannot hold any more during cycle. The drive shaft is a metal piece while the pulsator is a plastic design; the metal for sure will wear out the plastic part easily. Kudos to LG, what a smart design! You just costed me over $700 for the washer, and over $200 to fix your design defect, which is only a few weeks past the 1yr warranty. Replaced an LG Front loader that we spent nearly a Grand on.. was VERY hesitant about purchasing another LG since our experience with the front Washer was the worst! can't say enough good about this new Washer it is VERY well made and works GREAT! glad we stuck with LG on this one (wish I could get a refund on the previous Front loader though!)

Easy to use, washes clothes great in a fast amount of time. Lots of different options but still made simple enough for dummies like me.

I love my new washing machine. It is very quiet. It cycles through usually within a half hour. The water level is adequate to clean the clothes, towels or sheets I have loaded in. I was worried that I wouldn’t be able reach the bottom to get smaller items out but I have not had a problem at all. Very happy with that since I am 5’3.

I never thought I would like a washer without an agitator. I do. I read many reviews about water level being too low. It does look low, but...cloths get clean. U Have the choice to add more but it weighs them and it seems to know what it is doing. To Me it is quiet. I read reviews that people thought it was noisey, Not true, it is quiet. Lots of choices ,so far works well. Fun to watch, Cats love to watch it. HOPEFULLY IT WILL LAST.
