However it was installed by Best Buy without the anchor strap on the waste water hose and it vibrated out and destroyed the ceiling and some rugs in our finished basement. We are waiting for the adjudication of our claim presently. It is unfortunate because the product itself is very good. It does have an annoying clicking sound when the top is first opened for each load which the Geek Squad was not able to fix.

Quiet washer

It is great as I was concerned that the washer be too noisy as it is located next to our room but this is not been an issue. Not remote start and notification features on the dryer are nice as well as my family has a tendency to leave clothes in the washer and require another washing. The notifications seem to have helped this.
