Purchased a Samsung washing machine was extremely loud not as promised got my money back after a second replacement and bought this LG, should have gone with it to begin with, it’s quiet, a water saver, absolutely love it. Learned a valuable lesson stick with LG.

Can not give 0 stars. Bought This washer July 2018, December 2018 started to leak from the bottom, found 5 inches of water on my floor. No washer from December 15 2018 until January 2019. Called Best Buy Geek Squad to fix it. (bought the Geek Squad service plan) Geek Squad was out 5 times try to fix it, replaced everything that he could, even replace the main mother board. After that Geek Squad put it through a cycle. Looked good. we tried a load. nope basement flooded again. The water was overfilling the drum, would not stop. Geek Squad came out again. Even talked to LG support group. Geek Squad said since this less than 1 year old need to call LG for it be covered under the manufacture warranty. LG denied our claim, did not trust the work that Geek Squad did. Not buying LG products again.

Before buying the LG washer I did the research and asked my friends. The overwhelming response was LG. It does a great job cleaning and requires very little soap and water. What a difference it has made in washing clothes. I should have taken action much sooner.

Enjoying my LG washer purchase so far. Gotta get use to the longer washing times/cycles. Caution: Look at your overflow pan placement and measurements before installing this LG washer, especially if your home is older than 12 years. I experienced the following: After Best Buy installed my LG washer, we noticed that the water hoses were really pinched and against the wall. Notified Best Buy, the technician came back out and advised that my custom drain pan needed to be replaced because it was flushed against wall and the new LG washer needed more clearance at back wall. So, I am having to get overflow pan replaced by a Heating/AC/ Plumbing company who has to measure and custom fit a new overflow pan to accompany my LG washer. Other than that, No issues with the actual washer.

Tired of dealing with front loader issues. Bought this top loader and couldn’t be more pleased. Clothes come out cleaner and fresher. Be very mindful of how much HE detergent you use, it doesn’t take much!

I read up on this machine as I wanted a really good one that met all the requirements and this one did, and my first Washing was amazing. Loved our the machine held so much laundry and came out so clean and untangled due to the large drum. Very pleased with our new wash8ng machine

Washer is everything we were looking for. It is 5.0 cubit feet; so handles large loads - easy to work controls - very efficient. Noise level is a little high on certain cycles; noticeable but not irritating. We have 6 people in home using this washer and everyone really likes it.

Quiet , efficient , no belts ever to replace ! Many cycles to choose from!

This top load washer is great. It’s very quiet and very spacious.

We needed a new washer and after looking over all the choices, we decided on this one. We absolutely love it. Large capacity and the ability to wash quick loads make this the best washer we have ever had. All the moving parts seem very durable and I recommend it to anyone.

My front loader LG washer lasted 11 years until the bearing went out. I decided to buy a top loader LG washer and i am very pleased with it so far. Best Buy delivered and set it up and hauled away the other. Again, very pleased with the service and the LG washer.

I went with Steam in the Dryer instead of the washing machine or both. I am 5 ft. 3 in. and the washer is a little deep for me. Need to stand on tip toes to get to the bottom; however, I wanted to be able to wash and dry King size comforters, etc. For that I am thankful.

The washer seems to be running good. It's quiet and we don't even know it's there. We were used to an agitator type machine and really can't decide which does a better job of cleaning. we can only assume the new machine is as good as the old one.

Huge washer that can handle even a king size comforter. Love the WiFi feature and it’s quick too. My only complaint is the water level doesn’t come up as much as you’d expect for the tub size but it doesn’t seem to effect the cleanliness of the wash. Love it!

I hadn't bought a washer in many years and had no idea what was available. Best Buy had a great selection! We are a family who loves gadgets. This washer pretty much does everything except load the clothes and add the detergent. It's sort of fun to do laundry now....:)

This is our first new dryer in 10 years. It is great, our first smart dryer. It has lots of options and can fit a king sized bedding.

This washing machine does everything and it's huge! I can do two loads of laundry at a time and it has WiFi so I can download cycles that didn't come with it and start my laundry when i'm not home

We are very happy with this washer. It's bigger than we anticipated (not a problem for a family of 5) and works great. We love how the washer senses the size of the load and adjusts itself for each one. Our next purchase will be the matching dryer.
