My LG washing machine is much better than the old front loader we had. This machine is very quite and the capacity is just great for my husbands work clothes, it is a little deep and have to stand up on my toes to get small items from the bottom.

Excellent washing machine that operates quietly and is extremely efficient. It gets the clothes clean even without the agitator. The controls are simple to use. Overall, the price paid is worth the cost but even more so when on sale.

We purchased this after our long standing washer passed on. We did a ton of research and comparison between brands, landing on this one based on quality/features vs. Cost. This was our first lg appliance. Now After 16 months we are still very happy. If you read and understand how to load clothes in a new format. You understand the cycle clean and how the app works you'll have no problem. When you apply logic from your 1991 washer to a 2019 washer things dont jive - understand it's a new washer and does things in a new way. Buttons and features are simple and easy to use. the lg app which complements the washers is abit clunkie however it does add to the stand alone washer.

I've been using this washer for about a month now, and I really like it a lot. It is user friendly, and does a very good job cleaning my clothes. I do wish it used a little bit more water, but I suppose it is doing what it was designed for.

I love this wash machine, it really checked all the boxes for me. The glass top is great bc it allows me to see how the load is progressing. My kids like watching their studies and clothes go around. It easily washes a king sized comforter. Next load I tried was 3 pillows, did great again. The options are easy to choose for different load types, but can also be customized as needed. The notification alarm as the cycle completes is a nice little jingle that can easily be heard through the house. The alarm can also be turned off if day you have a load running but don’t want to hear the alarm in the middle of the night. I would get this in a heartbeat again. I also have the matching dryer and am very pleased with that as well. LG did an outstanding job on this product.

Got rid of my smelly front loader and after a long research, we bought this washer. Love everything about it. It's quiet and I love the see through top. It's large and I can wash my king size comforter in it.

This washing machine gets my cloths much cleaner then the front loader I used to have. I was skeptical about not having a center agitator but if loaded properly it works as well as a machine with a center post agitator.

Having 5 CFTC washer is nice - you can wash a long size comforter in it. Great for regular loads as well. At first, I was concerned about the top load washer, but it seems to do a good job washing agents rinsing.

This is a great washing machine. So many different options for ways to do the laundry. It uses a lot less water than my old one and does such a thorough spin cycle that the drying time has been greatly reduced.

I am so pleased with my new LG washer. I have never bought this brand before but I am glad I did. It is quiet and does the laundry quickly. I also love the glass top. It is efficient and I love all the cycles.

We replaced our 7yo Maytag Bravos with this LG model. We’ve had it a little over a month and our clothes, linens, towels, blankets and throw rugs come out cleaner and fresher than when our Maytag was brand new!

This washer is quiet and has cleaned my clothes great! I love all the features including the size options, the clear window on top and the app that alerts me when the washer has completed it's cycle.

This machine met all of my needs. A large capacity with a smaller exterior leaving more room in my cramped laundry area. The loads run 90% quieter than my old washing machine and I couldn't be happier!

Excellent washer. Took a little getting used to having the lid closed for the machine to operate. Also, adjusting to the water saving features that wieghs items and uses the appropriate amount of water. Soft closing led a nice feature. Large tub holds what used to be 2-3 loads in old machine and still has room!

This is an amazing machine. Fits so many clothes and gets them really clean.

Great washing machine at a reasonable price. You have to hold down the start button a little long, which can be annoying, but the smart sensor technology really helps make for an efficient washing experience.

The washer seems great based on only a few loads. Reviewing so soon after purchase means we haven't had the opportunity to really see how various cycles work, but what we've done so far has been good. The product itself seems to perform just fine, clothes get completely clean with what looks like less water and less violent agitation than an older center-agitator style. The owner's manual could be improved. It's pretty thin on how the washer does a number of "pre-wash" checks on it's own for load balance, size, etc. and as far as we've found so far, there's nothing in it that says what "tap cold" vs. "cold" means. Best Buy's contracted delivery, setup and haulaway of the old machine went very well, no problems.

This washer was purchased during the black Friday with an amazing value. This washer works great for family of 5 and it is very easy to use. The washer runs very quietly and gets the job done fast!

Quiet, easy to use and water saving. My water bill has gone down, the fact that the washer sings when it’s done means I don’t forget there are clothes that need to be moved to the dryer. :)

I have been very impressed with this washer. It gets my clothes really clean and its so easy to use. It has the largest, deepest washing area. It will be great for when I wash comforters and blankets!
