I absolutely love this new LG washing machine. I love the load capacity size, and most of all how quiet it is. The tune it plays at the end is even nice, versus the load noise our last one made.

I absolutely love this washer. I hated my front load having to bend down to get the laundry. Cleans very well and is huge inside. I can put my king size bedspread in it with room to spare.

Excellent washing machine. I can put a king size comforter in it with no problem. Controls make it super easy to use and the Wi-Fi feature is nice so I know when my laundry is done.

The washer is terrific. I love how big it is. It doesn’t look like it there is enough water in the tub, but the clothes come out clean. Now I am going to have to buy a larger dryer.

I was looking for a simple top loader with a larger drum than my old machine. This was a good option that also looks nice but there are a few things I wish I had known and would change. The first is all the electronics and confusion. The water is never enough to cover the clothes, even with the extra water setting which you DEFINITELY need for EVERY wash. Wash does not seem as clean as with my older machine. The drum senses and "weighs" your wash prior to start - I cannot see that this function will last too long and you cannot turn this feature off! If that goes, your machine is worthless. Although spacious, the drum is so deep that I can barely reach the bottom to get the clothes out and I am 5'6" (not short). So for sure a short person would need a step stool to get their clothes out! Another issue is that the detergent slot fills up with water after each wash and it needs to be emptied...otherwise would surely cause mildew/odor. Nervous this won't last too long...

large capacity easy to operate.Only draw back is almost to deep to reach the bottom.I would have gotten the bigger one but could not touch a bit wider instead of deeper would have been better.Im 5'5 .

I am very pleased with my new LG washing machine. Not only is it quiet and cleans the clothes great but the tub is huge. Best of all I am under 5 feet tall and can reach the bottom.

Easy to use, efficient, cleans well, and takes all the guesswork out of starting a wash by determining the size of the load and adjusting the water level accordingly. Love it.

We had this installed about 9 months ago. Washer is great--cleans clothes quickly and holds a lot. Installation process was wonderful and the purchase in store was a breeze.

Love this washer. Washer is large. I can put my king comforter with no problem to wash. Multiple types of washing. Washed our clothes so nicely. Highly recommend this washer.

I love my new washer. I truly wished I would have known that when your 5'4" tall you almost need a step stool to reach the clothes at the bottom. I was looking at a Samsung and tossed around between the two washers, however the salesman said that the Samsung washer was even deeper than this one. Thank goodness I didn't get it. I have to stand on my tip toes to reach a sock or a small article of clothing at the bottom. Other than that I have no problems with the clothes coming out with marks, I don't mind the water level. It's been great! Definitely different than my old one, much more electronic and easy to use.

This is a great big washing machine. Bought it was on sale. Its large and can hold alot of clothes per wash. It could be difficult for shorter people to grab clothes because of the deep tumbler but overall a great machine

I love my washing machine. It runs very quiet. It gets my clothes clean. It does not have an agitator so I can wash large items such as comforters without a problem.

We bought this unit to replace an old GE washer. We are beyond pleased with the new washer's performance. Less water, less detergent and the clothes seem cleaner.

This washing machines does a great job with clothes, towels, etc. The issue is usually with heavier items like comforters. It'll start to beep and need to be reset. Can be kind of annoying but otherwise no issues

I'm enjoying my new LG HE washer. It is easy to use & the wash comes out very clean. My only complaint is that the wash cycle takes a lot longer. Otherwise, I am very satisfied.

Moved from traditional washer and getting used to it. It does a nice job and is much quieter. Also really like getting a queen size comforter in. No complaints.

Easy to use top loader. 5.2 cubic feet fits everything for home use. Fast wash times compared to my old machine. Excellent machine, even like watching through the top

We love the big capacity of this washing machine. We also love not having a big agitator in the middle so we can wash comforters in the machine.

I love this machine, had some hesitation at first about how well it would wash. It does great on every level and spins so well it cuts down on drying time.
